A great means of implanting chips is through inoculation. When you start seeing "free flu shots" advertisements in your area and offered at the weirdest places, take note.
My cousin lives on the east coast. There in his state they had just recently a free flu shot day. A drive up at their local DMV. Just rest your arm on your open window and someone would come up and give you a flu shot.
If you're getting your boosters, that's another way. If you're going to travel internationally and need shots, thats another way. And of course dental surgery. Like root canal's and fillings.
If people fear this type of thing they might recollect the 9 digit social security number that in itself insures allowance to buy and sell and legally work.
If fear of a cashless society is what concerns someone, buy silver and gold. Not bars, but negotiable small pieces as well as larger ones.

There is no gold standard backing it up as would be the case if our American system of buying and selling embraced currency. There hasn't been a gold standard backing our FRN's since the early 30's.
If you are concerned with self defense, as well you should be if it hits the fan, buy guns but don't register them. Registered firearms allows for that list of guns at any residence to be known and seized. Gun shows are great places to buy without having to register.
Also, go with non-firearm weaponry and gain proficiency in that. As in, bow and arrow, crossbow, knives, though that is close combat and requires deep skill to survive.
Be careful of the books you buy and borrow from libraries. There is a flag system that will tag certain books and bring those to the governments attention.
A used book store is a great place to find books on survival. The old Foxfire series is invaluable even today. Pay cash. There's no plastic trail that way.

Something else to consider, Artificial Intelligence, which in my opinion can also be a threat to every person on this planet. You have this transhumanism movement trying to make out the only way to counter this threat is having people merge with machines? Well if it is such a threat, why not pull the plug?
HIya, I tried to get this across earlier. There is no need for a battery. A coiled wire will produce a voltage when put in an electromagnetic field. Voltage makes the chip broadcast information.
