That’s pretty old tec . All that is described in the vid can be done by biometrics No chip needed. Example we all have a unique electromagnetic field. So special that even identical twins are different. Today we have the ability set up the system described in the video with out the use of a chip . That and chips can be spoofed they are not secure. Simply read a persons unique magnetic field all that the chip can do is done without a chip . Also the chip seen in the video is not state of the art. Some are so small that you need a magnifying glass to see it . The nickname for the chips is called dust .
Also if the chip or somthing similar is the mark , Why would Satan play by the rules? The beast knows scripture better than any human . Would not the father of lies ,murder,and trickery just chip you up without you knowing?
That and what is on our heads or hands can be understood as what we think and do . Kinda like how a certain ceo of a tec firm lost a company after he donated money to organization that wanted to keep marriage between a man and a woman. He lost his livelihood . He was forced out for not conforming to the world . No chip needed for that .

8 "And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: {9} Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, {10} And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. {11} And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: {12} That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness."

Notice who will be deceived by the lying signs and wonders? Who will believe the lie? and why God will send these people strong delusions? Because they would not accept the truth that saves.. what is that truth? The Gospel of the LORD Jesus Christ/ His Word that saves us when we accept and receive it..

So getting back to the mark of the beast.. All those who will be deceived by the false miracles will be those who have rejected the Gospel of Jesus and therefore are already doomed to damnation. So God will send them strong delusions so that they will believe that the anti-christ is God on earth and they will worship his image and receive the Mark of the beast.. True followers of God who have accepted the truth of Jesus will be guarded from deception and will not be deluded and they will refuse to worship the image and will be executed by the followers of the beast.. I believe that the Mark of the beast will be seen by the deceived as a reward givien by the Anti-Christ to those who worship him as God on earth..

So those who receive the mark of the beast are already destined to the eternal lake of fire before they even receive the mark of the beast..

Technology the new smart god of this world . Who needs faith the unseen eternal when a person has instagram? Or needs GPS to walk around the block or find the way back form the outhouse?

No where are we informed the mark is stamped or tattooed on or in a person forehead or hand. It is simply a new innovation.

Forehead represent the will of the creature just as hand is that which the will moved to perform the work of the creature. It is not given as a sign and wonder. (as that which a evil generation seeks after) Christians walk by faith the unseen eternal. He will come in his unseen glory just as in the time of Noah. Everything we be happening as the day before. People getting married, people eating food and paying bills, wars an rumors of war. Then will come sudden destruction the end of this corrupted world .It will go up in the smoke of the judgment of God on the last day

Its the mark or the name .Not the mark is the name. And again or the number of his name. The mark is character of the beast seeing name means character. Like the character of the name Jesus is savior .

The character of the beast is he is not interested in the faith that comes from hearing God 'Like the mark of Cain who saw no worth in the gospel or Esau who despised his bith rite and sold it for a cup of soup.

So who are the one's who do NOT take the beast's mark? The one's who are keeping the commandments of God and have the faith of Jesus Christ.

Three possibilities.
(1) the mark
(2) the name
(3) the number of the name, as the character of the name. "One who has no interest in matters of faith".

Then Jacob gave Esau bread and pottage of lentiles; and he did eat and drink, and rose up, and went his way: thus Esau despised his birthright.Genesis 25:34

We are to buy the spiritual truth and not sell out our soul for it .

And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him.Genesis4:8

Cain the first born despised his spiritual birth rite and slew his brother who preached the good news

And the Lord said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And the Lord set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him.Genesis4:8

The lord put a mark on Cain to identify his character as a beast of the field (no faith)

And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his nameRevelation 13:17

Yes it is a mark of men that loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil the mark all humansare born with and therefore need to be born again before it disappears.
