Hagee is sorely wrong saying Jesus was not the jewish messiah. He had been wrong about many things but I do believe he is a christian, just misguided.
that funny I heard him say Jesus was Jewish LOL.

This is sad. He used to be well respected and stood for the truth just as Charles Stanley did. I watched them both vetting scripture with scripture.
Time has caused these to fall due to fame, money and greed.
I no longer watch any preacher on tv,when our eyes are on man, they are not on God.
For me the disappointment started with Jimmy Swaggart.
I do believe these can repent and God can forgive!
it is sad these so-called Christians attacking those they do not know or have even spoken with. Most of these watched Youtube doctored videos that even attack Billy Graham. LOL.

Reasonable reasons...but we don't know the heart and mind of him.
I guarantee I know the heart and mind of him. You may not, but I certainly do.

I'm not really surprised any more by false teachers. There are a lot of 'em about these days. The Lord warned us there would be.

I don’t know much about the man, but I did hear him give excerpts from his book and it did sound like heterodoxy. Jesus never wanted to be the Jews Messiah. Hmmm

From what I understand from these, Hagee's argument is Jesus never claimed to be the Messiah they were expecting. He refused to be made king and didn't go out of His way to broadcast He was the Messiah. But He was the Messiah, just not the one the Jews were expecting.
Yes. This is what I sensed he was probably doing. It's provocative, which he knows will draw attention.
He wants to absolve the Jews of any responsibility for rejecting the Messiah because Jesus never claimed to be the Messiah they thought He should be
Possibly. I know Hagee is very Pro-Israel. I would have to read the book to know if he is outright absolving Jews of their responsibility of choosing to recognize Jesus for who He is. Being a Christian pastor all his life, I would tend to doubt that one. He may yet again simply be using a ploy to draw in readers.

I did see that against Billy Graham.
I know Jesus said they will hate you for they have hated me, but its ridiculous to slander great ministers of the word.
Especially those like B. Graham who has led countless people to salvation

I know too great men even those that carry the word can fall.

John Hagee says Jesus never claimed to be the Jewish Messiah.
The woman said, “I know that Messiah” (called Christ) “is coming. When He comes, He will
explain everything to us.” Jesus answered,
“I who speak to you am He.” John 4:25-26
