Are you agree with 1 for 6

9 Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men[a] 10 nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you

God would never call a Son of God any of those terms.
God calls His own....."heir of God"...."Son of God"...."Joint heir with Christ"...."made righteous", "bride of Christ".....
When God looks at a born again person, he sees a SAINT.
He never again sees you as what you were before you became this...>"the righteousness of God in Christ".

Also, notice Romans 4:8. It tells you that God does not charge the born again, in eternity, with their sin.
tHe born again are "dead to sin" and alive to Righteousness, not by being good......but because the born again are "MADE Righteous" by "the Gift of Righteousness".

To say, "Not my will Lord but Your will be Done," or "I will Follow You Lord and You direct my path," is surrendering your will to be aligned with His. Only in Obedience, can this be achieved and become successful.

I agree Jesus is the savior, but Jesus set up the rule who will He save.
The rule is to be save you have to have faith in jesus

Matt 22:37-40
"faith is counted as righteousness".......>"Justification BY Faith".

This is God accepting our faith to then SAVE US.

Its not the faith that saves us......as God accepts the faith, to Save us.

Faith is not the savior.
God is the savior.
Grace THROUGH Faith........or Salvation given THROUGH Faith.

Faith did not hang on the Cross.
God hung on the Cross, and it HIS BLOOD that is why we are "made righteous".

Salvation is all of God.

Discipleship is the lifestyle we then pursue because we are saved, but not to be saved or to try to stay saved.

So, do you think we can just stop being his disciples and still be saved?

IMO:

No, obedience is not necessary for salvation. The Third Chapter of John gives us the formula for salvation: )
This is what scripture tells us. Obedience is spoken of after salvation. It is purely the grace of God that gives us salvation, what we do has nothing to do with it. We can be a saved Christian who does no work for the Lord.

There are many scriptures addressing obedience. It results in our being great in the kingdom of heaven. Scriptures tells us Christ will judge our us when he comes again. We are told to repent of our sins. We are told to love the Lord and others, and Christ said if you love me you will obey me. We are told that it is our faith that is looked at by the Lord to give us his grace, and if we have faith in the Lord we have faith in what the Lord tells us.

Being a disciple does not save you.

Look at this verse......"Depart from ME< i never knew YOU".
That is Jesus talking to "disciples".
They were "casting out devils, in Jesus's Name". and they called Jesus "LORD".
See that?
That is Mark 16:16,17...>"go into all the world".........notice the "casting out devils" is part of the Great Commission given to Disciples.

So, the very same were casting out devils in Jesus's name, and Jesus said to these disciples........."Depart from Me i never KNEW YOU".

See, its not a disciple of Christ who goes to heaven., = its a SON OF GOD.
There is a difference.
The difference is, you can be a clone of Jesus....You can behave just like Jesus.... You can imitate Jesus. You can grow a beard and move to Israel and wear a sack and be a Jesus FREAK, ..disciple, then die and go to hell .
Why?
Because Jesus said........"you must be BORN AGAIN".

See that?
THat is why you go to heaven, and not because you are a disciple, as you can be a disciple and not be born again..

I believe that being a disciple has nothing to do with being saved, being a disciple comes after salvation.

Exaclty.

You are describing the difference between Salvation and Discipleship.
Many believers see these as one.....but they are not.
Discipleship follows Salvation, just like water baptism follows Salvation.

So, what happens when a person believes the Gospel, and on their path of sanctification decides that they don't like sanctification and hardens their heart toward god until they no longer believe the Gospel?

Being a disciple does not save you.
I never said it did.
ook at this verse......"Depart from ME< i never knew YOU".
In Mattew 7:23? He's talking about trees that don't bear fruit. Those "disciples", that god never knew weren't actually disciples because they had no fruit.
See, its not a disciple of Christ who goes to heaven., = its a SON OF GOD
As sons of god we are chastised/disciplined by him. We're still his disciples. If you don't experience discipline then you're illegitimate children and not true sons.
Chastisement, which we receive as his sons, yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those trained by it.
THat is why you go to heaven, and not because you are a disciple, as you can be a disciple and not be born again..
Maybe, but I don't think you can be born again and not be a disciple.

Obedience isn't necessary for Salvation - it is evidence of Salvation. Those who do not obey in an upward, consistent manner are not saved.

2 Corinthians 3:14-18 NLT - "But the people's minds were hardened, and to this day whenever the old covenant is being read, the same veil covers their minds so they cannot understand the truth. And this veil can be removed only by believing in Christ. Yes, even today when they read Moses' writings, their hearts are covered with that veil, and they do not understand. But whenever someone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord--who is the Spirit--makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image."

1 John 3:8-10 NLT - "But when people keep on sinning, it shows that they belong to the devil, who has been sinning since the beginning. But the Son of God came to destroy the works of the devil. Those who have been born into God's family do not make a practice of sinning, because God's life is in them. So they can't keep on sinning, because they are children of God. So now we can tell who are children of God and who are children of the devil. Anyone who does not live righteously and does not love other believers does not belong to God."
Jesus say whosoever believe in Him wil be save
so we need to obey/brlieve
in this case believe mean obey

Building the Arc did not save Noah, nor any of his children.......sorry
You are right. The fact of Noah building the ark did not save him or his children.
They were not even saved because they entered the Ark.

They were saved because God saved them!

But if Noah had not built the ark or had refused to enter it seems highly unlikely that he would have been saved from the flood.

Discipleship is the lifestyle we then pursue because we are saved, but not to be saved or to try to stay saved.
To be Saved, is to Believe he is whom He claims to Be, that is Obedience.
Being a Disciple, is obeying His Direction at all cost. That is two Disciplines of Obedience.

You are correct in saying that man cannot change God. But at the same time you say that man can sin and turn from God, then if God had once saved them God would keep his word that he saved but go back on his word that sin, and especially deliberate sin, kills. You are saying that sin suddenly does not kill any more. God is true and follows through with what God says. It is part of our created world. What we did yesterday does not change God.

Precious friend, depends if "kills" means physical death, or The Second Death
{Eternal Condemnation}?

Believers. Today, In The Body Of CHRIST, Under GRACE, can and do "reap what they sow," IF they wish to sin; could be PHYSICAL death (1 Corinthians 5:5 KJB!), but "lose rewards In Heaven" (1 Corinthians 3:15 KJB!); God Says "they Are Saved!" The "Reason IS CHRIST's FULL Sacrifice!"
