It is no sin to drink alkohol! The dose makes the poison. In the medicine it is helpful. But it is better to drink not. As you already made clear.
Alcohol is inherently toxic. By its very nature it is intoxicating in any amount, as per Proverbs 20:1, and other texts cited.

Consider the word itself in ancient use, and modern use, and then we can look at Bible use, and see it shows the same standard:

Let us also ask, at the outset, "Is there a dual use for the word "wine" in common language and is there such a use in the scriptures?"Let us look, and see that the answer is "Yes."

Well, in demonstrating the accuracy in saying "Yes"to the first half of the question:

"Wine – noun
... [3]. the juice, fermented or unfermented, of various other fruits or plants, used as a beverage, sauce, etc. ..." [Wine, definition] - http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/wine

Another:

"Wine - noun
... something that invigorates or intoxicates..." [Wine, definition] - http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/wine
And for additional purposes:

See that word, "intoxicate"? What does the word "intoxicate" mean?

Word Definition:

"Intoxicate- transitive verb
1 poison
2 a : to excite or stupefy by alcohol or a drug especially to the point where physical and mental control is markedly diminished b : to excite or elate to the point of enthusiasm or frenzy"[Intoxicate, definition] - http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/intoxicate

Let us also ask a very basic question pertaining to these, "Can a person who is “intoxicated” [“poisons”] by any amount of such 'kind' of “wine” which is “alcoholic”bring “glory to God” in their drinking?"

What does the alcohol do to a persons health?

It impairs brain activity, slows down reactionary time, attacks kidneys, liver, bloodstream, causing cancer, disease, dizziness, loose morality, causing one to forget, relaxes and/or reduces self-control [thus giving up of the will], etc and is one of the major leading causes of death, abuse and misery in the world. Even the smallest amount begins to break down the immune system of the human body [multiple medical research reports can be cited for these facts if needed, though it should be plainly obvious [but for a brief, http://usatoday30.usatoday.com/yourlif....s_N.htm ], also ask those of SADD and MADD].

However, let us also consider further history of the word "wine":

Aristotle ["...(384 BC – 322 BC)[1] was a Greek philosopher and polymath, a student of Plato and teacher of Alexander the Great."[Wikipedia - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aristotle]] said,"...Sweet wine does give off fumes, for it contains fat and behaves like oil. It does not solidify under the influence of cold and it is apt to burn. Really it is not wine at all in spite of its name: for it does not taste like wine and consequently does not inebriate as ordinary wine does. ...
...( Wine is a liquid which raises a difficulty: for it is both liable to evaporation and it also thickens; for instance new wine does. The reason is that the word 'wine' is ambiguous and different 'wines' behave in different ways."- Meteorlogica Book IV [English] - http://classics.mit.edu/Aristotle/meteorology.4.iv.html

Merriam-Websters 1828 Dictionary:"MUST, n. [L. mustum; Heb. to ferment.]; New wine; wine pressed from the grapebut notfermented."- http://machaut.uchicago.edu/?resour....1828=on

And for many more, consider reading [or checking the references page of
[The Bible Wine Question. The Answer To The 'Unanswerable': Or An Exposure Of The Fallacies Of Three Irish Advocates (Professors Watts, Wallace And Murphy) And Eleven Syrian Witnesses; By Frederick Richard Lees]- https://books.google.com/books?id=wG1GAAAAYAAJ&printsec=frontcover#v=onepage&q&f=false

I can also recommend - Bible Wines, Laws of Fermentation; by William Patton - https://books.google.com/books?id=7AEAAAAAQAAJ&printsec=frontcover#v=onepage&q&f=false

We should seriously ask ourselves, "Does the alcohol bring life or death?"

Alcohol is merely a legalized [group morality] "intoxicant", another name for 'drug'. For those who advocate that a little or even 'moderate' [who defines that? and for whom?]use is ok, should also perhaps consider the "health benefits" and results of other such "intoxicants"/"drugs": caffeine [ http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012....55.html], nicotine/tobacco[ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicotine_poisoning], cannabis [ http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health....ar.html], etc - all destructive.

This should be sufficient in demonstrating the first half of the "Yes.", but now let us consider in greater detail the second half of the "Yes."answer.

"...The English word "wine" comes from the Proto-Germanic *winam, an early borrowing from the Latin vinum, "wine" or "(grape) vine", itself derived from the Proto-Indo-European stem *win-o- (cf. Hittite: wiyana; Lycian: oino; Ancient Greek: οἶνος oinos; Aeolic Greek: ϝοῖνος woinos).[5][6]..."[Wikipedia, Wine], and therefore, simply means anything 'of the vine', without reference to anything of alcoholic or fermentation content, although it may include such in one of its definitions.
Interesting facts:

Some information for you, if you desire, since you disagree with me, I pray you do not disagree with the hard science, for in so doing, you will shorten your precious life by your choice in refusing it:

"... Alcohol is estimated to be associated with approximately 40,000 deaths per year in the UK and deaths from alcohol related causes are increasing at an alarming rate, having increased at least 8-fold since the 1970s [1]. ...
... It was first described in 1926 that there is an association between fatty changes within the liver due to alcohol and sudden (presumed) arrhythmic death [4,5]. ...
... Alcohol causes arrhythmias during life, including prolongation of the QT interval, which is associated with sudden cardiac death [2]. ..." - US National Library of Medicine; National Institutes of Health-Sudden Unexpected Death in Alcohol Misuse—An Unrecognized Public Health Issue?

“Alcohol inhibits vitamin absorbency,” he says. “Particularly the absorption of B vitamins which can lead to dementia. It also changes the amount of fat in your blood, which increases your risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, becoming diabetic and creates problems with your pancreas so you don’t produce the enzymes that help you digest food.” These are all slow build conditions that, like liver scarring, you wouldn’t show any outward symptoms until much later on." - "I quit drinking for a month and this is how it affected my liver"

Only if you love yourself, will this paragraph make any rational sense.

Alcohol brings death. It is the antithesis to food, which is meant for life. Alcohol kills 'germs' (bio/life), and is used as an antiseptic on the outside. Imagine what it does to the inside of the delicate machinery. The very moment it hits the gut, liver, brain, bloodstream, kidneys, all begins to rot, decay, die. Just like smoking for the lungs, etc. Persons would also say that smoking cigars or cigarettes are also for socializing, and even advertise it this way, especially through 'sex' (male/female, and these days all else), the ultimate socializing.

". . and commanding to abstain from meats,
which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving
of them which believe and know the truth.
"
"meats (KJB, foods) which God created to be received ..." Did you see the context? It refers to Genesis. There is no alcohol in Genesis for food. That which was "created to be received" were fresh pure plants/fruits/seeds:
Gen 1:11 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.
Gen 1:12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
Gen 1:13 And the evening and the morning were the third day.

Gen 1:29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
Gen 1:30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.
It is Roman Catholicisms vain traditions, such as 'lent" that fulfill 1 Timothy 4:3, and also the no marriage amongst its priestclass.

1 Timothy 4:5 told you that it had to first be "sanctified" by the word of God (ie set aside by God's command), in order to be eaten. Alcohol is not so sanctified.

Thou shalt not delay to offer the first of thy ripe fruits, and of thy liquors:
the firstborn of thy sons shalt thou give unto Me.
(Exodus 22:29 kjv)
does God command to produce sin and offer it to Him?
Study the word.

Exo 22:29 Thou shalt not delay to offer the first of thy ripe fruits, and of thy liquors: the firstborn of thy sons shalt thou give unto me.

Brown-Driver-Briggs:

"H1831
דּמע
dema‛
BDB Definition:
1) juice"

Strong's:

"H1831
דֶּמַע
dema‛
deh'-mah
From H1830; a tear; figuratively juice ..."
They had peach juice, grape juice, apple juice, etc, etc., as their firstfruits. Alcohol is not a firstfruit. Do not assume that the word "liquors" is alcohol. The word has a broad range of meaning:

Webster's 1828 Dictionary:

"LIQ'UOR, noun lik'or [Latin liquor ]
A liquid or fluid substance. [See Liquid.] liquor is a word of general signification, extending to water, milk, blood, say, juice, etc. ..."
The word "liquor" can refer to alcoholic content, but the context of the text cited, is in matters "firstfruits".

That was the devil, even as he offered it to Jesus upon the Cross:

Hab_2:15 Woe unto him that giveth his neighbour drink, that puttest thy bottle to him, and makest him drunken also, that thou mayest look on their nakedness!
Deu_32:32 For their vine is of the vine of Sodom, and of the fields of Gomorrah: their grapes are grapes of gall, their clusters are bitter:
Deu 32:33 Their wine is the poison of dragons, and the cruel venom of asps.
Mat_27:34 They gave him vinegar to drink mingled with gall: and when he had tasted thereof, he would not drink.
Act_8:23 For I perceive that thou art in the gall of bitterness, and in the bond of iniquity.
Mar 15:23 And they gave him to drink wine mingled with myrrh: but he received it not.
Psa 69:21 They gave me also gall for my meat; and in my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink.

You shall bring from your dwellings two wave loaves of two-tenths of an ephah.
They shall be of fine flour; they shall be baked with leaven. They are the firstfruits to the LORD.
(Leviticus 23:17)
the firstfruits to the LORD are sin?
Leaven has multiple meanings in scripture, according to context. I cited the one which dealt with sin already.

Another definition, contextually, is given:

Mat_13:33 Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.
Luk 13:20 And again he said, Whereunto shall I liken the kingdom of God?
Luk_13:21 It is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.

Leviticus 23, deals with the Feasts of the Lord. Times of Rejoicing. This particular text, as cited by yourself, deals with the feast of Pentecost.

Now, now, now. You know Jesus turned the water into grape juice.
Paul told Timothy to drink grape juice for his stomach and other illnesses.
I am glad that you agreed, even though it was sarcasm.

Yes, Jesus did make the fruit of the vine, the juice of the grape for the wedding of his relatives.

Yes, Paul, by aid from Luke the physician, and the Holy Ghost/Spirit, told Timothy to drink the fruit of the grape for his stomach ailments.

Did you desire to consider those places in scripture in their context?

Jesus blessed the grape juice and told them to drink all of it, as it represented His blood.
Yes. It was specifically called the "fruit of the vine" in each Gospel, as it represented the pure blood of Jesus Christ, and His pure life. Would you like to consider the context of those verses, and their type in the OT?

Jesus was called a glutton and grape juice bibber.
Actually, the accusations of such, came from the Pharisees, etc. They falsely accused Jesus of many things:

Who do you believe, them or Jesus?

Isaiah 42:21 KJB - The LORD is well pleased for his righteousness' sake; he will magnify the law, and make [it] honourable.

John 15:10 KJB - "... I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love."

The corrupted and self-centered Religious leaders, these particular pharisees, etc were the ones who had the spirit of their father the devil [John 8:44], being satan, the accuser [Revelation 12:10], and accused Jesus of many things, falsely, and in misunderstanding, even as they had of John the Baptist [the herald of the First Advent], for in their hearts they were the murderers, transgressing the commandments:

Matthew 11:18 KJB - For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they say, He hath a devil.

Luke 7:33 KJB - For John the Baptist came neither eating bread nor drinking wine; and ye say, He hath a devil.

They were accusers of Him who is without sin, the innocent blood:

John 18:29 KJV - Pilate then went out unto them, and said, What accusation bring ye against this man?

They accused Him of Blasphemy:

Matthew 26:65 KJB - Then the high priest rent his clothes, saying, He hath spoken blasphemy; what further need have we of witnesses? behold, now ye have heard his blasphemy.

Mark 14:64 KJB - Ye have heard the blasphemy: what think ye? And they all condemned him to be guilty of death.

John 10:33 KJB - The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.

They falsely accused Jesus of being a "winebibber", a "drunkard" and "gluttonous":

Matthew 11:19 KJB - The Son of man came eating and drinking, and they say, Behold a man gluttonous, and a winebibber, a friend of publicans and sinners. But wisdom is justified of her children.

Luke 7:34 KJB - The Son of man is come eating and drinking; and ye say, Behold a gluttonous man, and a winebibber, a friend of publicans and sinners!

They falsely accused Him of being devil possessed:

Mark 3:22 KJB - And the scribes which came down from Jerusalem said, He hath Beelzebub, and by the prince of the devils casteth he out devils.

John 7:20 KJB - The people answered and said, Thou hast a devil: who goeth about to kill thee?

John 8:48 KJB - Then answered the Jews, and said unto him, Say we not well that thou art a Samaritan, and hast a devil?

John 8:52 KJB - Then said the Jews unto him, Now we know that thou hast a devil. Abraham is dead, and the prophets; and thou sayest, If a man keep my saying, he shall never taste of death.

John 10:20 KJB - And many of them said, He hath a devil, and is mad; why hear ye him?

John 10:21 KJB - Others said, These are not the words of him that hath a devil. Can a devil open the eyes of the blind?

They falsely accused Him of casting out devils by the devil:

Matthew 12:24 KJB - But when the Pharisees heard [it], they said, This [fellow] doth not cast out devils, but by Beelzebub the prince of the devils.

They falsely accused Him of being a seditious rebel, like Barabbas, perverting the nation (as the Talmud even says to this day):

Luke 23:2 KJB - And they began to accuse him, saying, We found this [fellow] perverting the nation, and forbidding to give tribute to Caesar, saying that he himself is Christ a King.

Luke 23:5 KJB - And they were the more fierce, saying, He stirreth up the people, teaching throughout all Jewry, beginning from Galilee to this place.

They falsely accused Him of being not of God:

John 9:16 KJB - Therefore said some of the Pharisees, This man is not of God, because he keepeth not the sabbath day. Others said, How can a man that is a sinner do such miracles? And there was a division among them.

Yet, Jesus said of Himself:

John 8:49 KJB - Jesus answered, I have not a devil; but I honour my Father, and ye do dishonour me.

The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto Him shall the gathering of the people be. Binding His foal unto the vine, and His ass's colt unto the choice vine; He washed His garments in wine, and His clothes in the blood of grapes: His eyes shall be red with wine, and His teeth white with milk.
(Genesis 49:10-12)

if wine = sin, then the prophecy is that Messiah will wash Himself in sin, and His eyes full of sin.

if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness
(Matthew 6:23)
As I said, wine has two main characteristics in scripture, the blessed and the cursed.

Gen 49:8 Judah, thou art he whom thy brethren shall praise: thy hand shall be in the neck of thine enemies; thy father's children shall bow down before thee.
Gen 49:9 Judah is a lion's whelp: from the prey, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he couched as a lion, and as an old lion; who shall rouse him up?
Gen 49:10 The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be.
Gen 49:11 Binding his foal unto the vine, and his ass's colt unto the choice vine; he washed his garments in wine, and his clothes in the blood of grapes:
Gen 49:12 His eyes shall be red with wine, and his teeth white with milk.

Genesis 49, being a prophecy about Jesus Christ, in at least two ways. The First Advent and the Latter Advents.

Jesus in his first advent was whipped, and his own pure blood was upon him. Jesus bled in the Garden of Gethsemane, etc.

Gen_37:31 And they took Joseph's coat, and killed a kid of the goats, and dipped the coat in the blood;

Jesus in the second advent will crush the wicked, the grapes of wrath:

Rev 14:17 And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle.
Rev 14:18 And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe.
Rev 14:19 And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.
Rev 14:20 And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.
Luk_19:27 But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.
Psa_68:23 That thy foot may be dipped in the blood of thine enemies, and the tongue of thy dogs in the same. [in fact this verse is known unto Romanism, and abuse it, as Ratzinger wore the red shoes, signifying his crushing of protestantism - they know what they do in signaling]
Rev_19:13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

Actually, the accusations of such
Actually the accusation is in the context of contrast with John, who 'did not drink' vs Jesus Christ who did drink.

So unless you think John lived 30 years without so much as a sip of water, I'll thank you to stop poisoning the flock with your false teaching.

"Aprioric" is not a word. When someone holds a conclusion prior to examining evidence, the term is a priori.
This is correct. A priori is probably what was intended it means from the former.

As anything when done out of it so proper place, it can be a sin. Drink too much, it's sin. Drink in the wrong places, with bad company and that can lead to sin.

Juice of the grape John was not allowed to drink (Luke 1:15). Jesus could drink of the juice of the grape (Mark 14:25) and eat bread (John 14:1).

Luk 7:33 For John the Baptist came neither eating bread nor drinking wine; and ye say, He hath a devil.

Has nothing to do with 'water'. The Pharisee, loved to exaggerate (Luke 7:34). Jesus gave the reply (John 7:35).

Alcohol is inherently toxic. By its very nature it is intoxicating in any amount, as per Proverbs 20:1, and other texts cited.
Then show me please any bible verse which forbits to drink alcohol. ( btw wine contains alcohol) And I hope you must not use medicine which contains alcohol.
