Does Rom 5:18 teach that Christ died for all men without exception ?

yes ... the Lord Jesus Christ is the only One Who can save ... none other ... there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Adam Clarke Commentary:

Who is the Savior of all men – Who has provided salvation for the whole human race, and has freely offered it to them in his word and by his Spirit.
Specially of those that believe – What God intends for All, he actually gives to them that believe in Christ, who died for the sins of the world, and tasted death for every man. As all have been purchased by his blood so all may believe; and consequently all may be saved. Those that perish, perish through their own fault.
.
.
Thats error, Christ isnt a intended Saviour, but actual Saviour, and He isnt the Actual Saviour of the Lost. Clarke in error like you are, the blind leading the blind

there is only one Elect of God (capital E) ... and that is the Lord Jesus Christ. All born again believers are in Him Who is the Elect ... born again believers are "elect" (small e).

Romans 5:18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.

if "Rom 5 in its entirety is about the elect of God" ...

then only the elect of God are condemned and in need of justification ...

so then the nonelect are not condemned because, according to you, "Rom 5 in its entirety is about the elect of God" ...

your assertion fails

"their solidarity and the results of it with #1 Adam" means that judgment came upon [the elect] to condemnation ... which renders your claim submitted in Post 21 that "Those under condemnation cant be Justified" to be in error.

another failure due to your erroneous dogma ...
.
The entire 5th Chapter of Romans is about the elect, their federal experience under the headship of Adam, and then their Federal experience with Christ, and how their union with Christ far exceeded and overcame that which resulted with their Federal headship with Adam. It has nothing to do with the lost reprobate at all. In fact Rom 3:21 through Rom 16 is striclty about the elect. The non elect may be alluded to a few times, i.e the rest which were blinded out from the election Rom 11:7

7 What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded.

“So basically it’s one God reckons guilty before Him as a law beaker.”

so …..everyone then

“Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭3:19‬ ‭KJV‬‬
All men are in themselves because of their solidarity with Adam, guilty, however the letter to the Romans is about primarily the elect of God. Yes the non elect share in the same consequences of the Fall in Adam, and are hopelessly lost, but not so with the elect, their fall in Adam made way for their redemptive experience in their solidarity with Christ which predated their fall in Adam, for they had a elective union in Christ before the foundation of the world Eph 1:4 that the non elect didn't have, so their solidarity with the fall of Adam proves fatal. So the book largely isnt about the non elect period !

So who was excepted from being a sinner, it says it was only many were made sinners which, according to you, isn't all?
Its only about the elect and their experience in Adam and then in Christ. Pauls letters arent about the non elect, they are always written to and about the elect .

That has to be the most laughable thing I've ever heard. Only about the elect?

Part of the first chapter in the first letter isn't about the elect and there are so many more chapters that could be mentioned.

I already said there are a few references to the non elect, but 97% of the Epistle is to and in regards to the elect. In fact Paul was writing to people who already had a Spiritual reputation for Faith Rom 1:8

First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world

And it was specifically to them he wrote and desired to preach the Gospel to Rom 1:15

So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.

The "to you" are believers, people of faith !

“I don't see how he didn't die for all men”

“and he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for our's only, but also for the sins of the whole world.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭2:2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.”
‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭4:10‬ ‭

“For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.”
‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭2:3-4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭3:16‬ ‭

“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved;

but he that believeth not shall be damned.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭16:15-16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

it covers everyone but some reject him
Yes exactly I don't see what is so hard to understand about that or why some want to believe otherwise either
