That could also be language that he bore the burden, the curse, the penalty of our sins. It doesn't have to mean that he literally bore sin by becoming sin. I think you'll agree he bore the penalty for our sins.

Apart from acts of disobedience, sin is a spirit who is satan. I can't fathom anyone agreeing that Jesus became satan.

To put this plainly, our sins were transferred to him and he bore the penalty for those sins in death. The shadow of this was the Azazel in Lev. The whole point of that animal was to have all the sins of Israel placed on the head of that animal to bear them away from the people. Like all sacrificial animals, the Azazel was the symbol or shadow of the reality. Christ is the reality.

Yep. My only differing was in when people say He became my sin/turned into my sin. I don't like to hear that. I don't understand why they need to state that.

Yes, I read your post about how both animals represented Christ and I agreed with you. And actually, I saw a correlation between the one that is sent into the wilderness out of the camp and the verse about removing your sins from you as far as the east is from the west. :)

LOL. Dyadic reasoning is man's attempting to rationalize reality based on human lived experiences. Dyadic reasoning is a belief structure that attempts to refine and conceptualize the question of cause and effect based upon observable conditions.
