They Keys of the Kingdom of Heaven is the loosing and binding on the Earth.

People who were chosen by Jesus Christ were called Apostles. Since Paul was chosen by Jesus Christ he was an Apostle also. Therefore the Apostolic succession was passed unto Paul not Peter because Paul was chosen to bring the Gospel to the Romans, not Peter.
Peter was given the mission to bring the Gospel to the Jewish people, not to Rome like the corrupted Catholics teach. Paul was given the Apostolic succession because his mission was to bring the Gospel to the Romans.
Therefore the Catholics have it all wrong and backwards.

Google Spiritual Blindness by Stephen E. Jones....everyone suffers from it to a certain degree.
Catholics aren't anywhere near as blind as an agnostic or an atheist and blindness makes people mean.

We need to learn to judge with righteous judgment and that isn't something you learn over night....you have to spend a lot of times in the Scriptures to understand exactly what God is communicating.

You take one verse and rip it from its context make it your proof text and then distain any effort to show from scripture why you are wrong. Scripture cannot contradict itself. Ephesians 2:19-20 Jesus Christ the chief cornerstone of the church, the household of God. 1 Corinthians 3:11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid which is Jesus Christ.

Hell is a mistranslation....there is no hell. The words are Gehenna, Sheol and Tartarus.
The word aionios in Ancient Greek doesn't mean eternal. It only means " age lasting". so the whole eternal hell doctrine is an abomination from a false prophet.
You can check Young's Literal Translation.
Whoever came up with eternal hell doctrine just succeeded in deepening spiritual blindness for the whole human race.
Luther broke the grip of the Church but he didn't break the grip of the devil.
Tons of people are still around today believing a false eternal hell doctrine.

More is just an example of someone faithful to God to the death. They list him among the martyrs in the book Jesus Freaks.
People aren't perfect you know...sometimes the world likes to put perfection on our backs like a great burden...but we are supposed to be casting our burdens on Christ....He knows we can't carry it all all the time.

I know I'm interrupting the debate but to those who believe Peter had the key, and was the first bishop (or whatever title given), why do you not baptise in the name of The Lord Jesus Christ, like he did, and taught to do?

I like Catholics....I like all people.
I just don't trust their dogma. They locked everything up in Latin for 1900 years and wouldn't let people think for themselves.
But God tells us to read the scriptures and think because He uses the scriptures to build the mind of Christ in His people.
All believers are priests and we aren't supposed to be self abdicating our spiritual authority to other men just because they wear a garment that looks priestlike.
Catholicism's traditions are an imitation of the Old Testament Jews....they put us backwards....We are suppose to be the New Covenant man now....every child of God is a Warrior-Priest-King/Queen.
