Men? Or their clothing option?I think you're right about this.
I guess men are just destined to be cold and ugly.

Nope.... the standard boot cut blue jean.... it used to be the 13MWZ, but has become the 47MWZ. That's what I wear, anyway....
I haven't worn "slim" cut jeans since..... well, ever. I used to wear Levi's, but switched over to Wranglers a bunch of years ago...
$200.00 for a pair of jeans?I love jeans because they are so very comfortable..
I especially love the new technology in jeans... Mine are as comfortable as lounge wear, for real, but they're jeans.
I wear black a lot and I'm no gang member...
You should try a mid-rise jean with a bootcut, with the new technology in waist bands. Not always inexpensive but sales are awesome. My very favorite jeans I got on sale but full price was nearly 200... They'd be worth the 200 but I'm so grateful to have hit the sale.
Black goes with almost everything and can be either dressed up or down, and blue goes with everything else.
However, slacks are an essential item too.
About 30 years ago, the craze for women was "Rocky" brand jeans. They fit well, and notoriously accentuated a woman's figure. They were not outlandish, they were simply designed for the female shape. I don't know if they are still made, or not....
For men..... Wrangler 47 MWZ..... done deal.
Oh, I remember that threadThere used to be a guy member here who bought woman jeans at his local Goodwill. He said that he looked good in them, or was it with them. Something to that effect. He did not know that they were woman's jeans when he bought them but apparently he decided to keep them for himself.
I thought they were, but Wrangler officially calls them "cowboy cut".... the legs are not flared, they are straight..... they fit over my boots just fine, and they still look good with shoes...Sounds like you cowboy up there bro. I do 13's instead of 47. Are 47's boot cut? I always try to avoid boot cut because I think the tapered cut gives a better stack with my ropers, lacers, and combat boots. So just curious if they are boot cut.
That fly is not useless. It allows the smaller waistband to go over the larger hips.Look a skirt made of jeans...why? notice the useless fly on the front. Maybe its to draw attention to that area I dunno

wouldnt it be easier to have a side zip or one at the back like normal skirts. ?That fly is not useless. It allows the smaller waistband to go over the larger hips.
I doubt it. Front zips are probably easier than either of the two alternatives you mention.wouldnt it be easier to have a side zip or one at the back like normal skirts. ?
just wondering why doesnt your hubby buy his own jeans or he just doesnt have time to shop? Or he just gets you to order...am a bit mystifiedI have my husband in wranglers and he likes them a lot.
I recently had to buy him a new set of jeans because his older ones had gotten too snug in the waist (good eating.. lol) so I purchased one size up but got him the new comfort waistband just in case and he's totally in love with them... (I'm not sure of the style name off the top of my head just now)...
But yeah, for guys wranglers rock..
I dont think so side zips are definitely easierI doubt it. Front zips are probably easier than either of the two alternatives you mention.
I prefer elasticized waistbands anywaysOr pull-string type
In other words, adjustable.
I'd probably get a stitch in my side doing up a side zipI dont think so side zips are definitely easier
Can't say I've ever seen a bunched up crotch on a skirt.and back zips opening over the biggest part of your body the bottom..giving you a smooth front not a bunched up crotch
