How often do we equivocate getting old with just being lazy and out of shape?
Ok... so this thread was birthed from a conversation I had today with a friend about my arm being out of joint . I was asked "Oh, how did you do that ?!?! " Part of me wanted to lie and say I was boldly fighting ninjas and got put in a death hold or something along those lines, but alas the truth is what he got. I slept on it the wrong way. Yep , that's it... nothing more exciting. I thought to myself " darn... you know you're getting old when you can dislocate a limb in your sleep."
Have any of you guys had one of these moments ? If so please share so I'm not alone . Lol

You, millennial, you.You know you're getting old when you refer to "#" as a pound sign and people correct you by calling it a hashtag...I hate being considered a Millennial..............

Hmm... I like prunes... and prune juice... not for keeping things moving, I just like them... and I loathe fast food factories...You know you're getting old when you are eliminating McDonalds from your diet to make room for things like prune juice - just to keep things moving along.
