You know you're getting old when.........

that happened to my mom one time. She pushed the unlock button on her key ring and it unlocked SOMEONE ELSES car.. she tried getting in and i was like, mom this isn't your car..lol.. Funny thing is, the car that unlocked was the same make, model and color as my moms car..

At least the key didn't work because I would have noticed it was the wrong car probably halfway home. The funny thing is, I would give my mom a hard time when she would do the same thing.

It is also a better thing that the key did not start the car. I got stopped once many years ago. The officer said that my car was stolen. I said no, this is my car and it certainly is not stolen. It turns out that the DMV gave me the plate that was meant for someone else.

I did that at college once....The worst part is the person who owned the car had to come up to me and say "your car is over there, I just tried to get in yours."
 
You know you're getting old when, you have to make a kind of groaning like noise any time you sit down or stand up.
 
When all the things you and your friends used to do are now the things "those crazy kids" do.

When the term "party all night" makes you groan and whine because you want to be home by 9.30pm.
 
When I say Blond out and it is only 8 pm. Like last night.... Of course then she is up at 12:40 am and will probably get yelled at for flooding the site.....whatever....wait, does saying that make me a little younger?
 
You know you are old when you have to have help to get out of bed, to dress and take a bath. You really know you are old when the diaper u use overflows LOL...
when u creak and fart with every step u take... when u cant hear and most conversations start out with the words ( what or huh ) ???
when you forget and i mean forget forget, forget why u came into a room, forget where u r, forget your noon time meds 5 days in a row.. yes some of this is about me but NO I don't wear a diaper LOL

Or when you dial your friend, and forget who you were calling and when they say hello.......your like, ummmmm, who is this?

obviously not as big of a problem now that you can look down at your cell and see who it is, but it still happens to me here and there :p
 
Or the key to the church, or the key to the other door lock... I'm glad I'm not the only one who does that.

With me it's the home/church keys usually. Maybe I'm at church so much that it's my home away from home... I dunno, but I'm always trying to use the church key on the home door or the home key on the church door.
 
when going out with friends means you meet at someone's house and sit around talking or watch a movie... and someone always falls asleep during the movie lol
