Did someone call for a trolley?

I also wanted to say...

I enjoyed seeing you in the chat room, sis, and hearing your witness to the lady with dementia. You and your clever self are a blessing.

actually for several years I took over walmarts targets and other stores all over the USA. just by calling the store shifting to a department and say something like "Hey this is bill in electronics, is something wrong with the overhead intercom? It won't let me connect" in which the person on the phone would say something like, hold on ill just transfer you over to intercom. and boom. I was live. sometimes I would take it over for the entire night. much lulz was had. I had a burn phone that when it had minutes on it I would give the number out over the intercom, "what you want to hear give the request line a call 212-435-xxxx" which would sometimes result in store workers (managers) calling, and then boom our conversation is now going out over the store intercom. oh that would really get them mad.

Nobody ever thought to just turn off the power to the intercom? Or disconnect it from data feed? I mean the equipment is sitting right there...

nope. i don't want to say the workers at these places are not the brightest bulbs, but i have to wonder. I do know stores started patching systems so you could not transfer a "call" to overhead. but i think it was walmart was the worst, cause i could call in get the robovoice dial ext. number and i am live no transfer needed.

walmart is fun one for another reason also, the little handheld radios they use, well they are part 95 "cb radio" MURS radios they always use channels 4 or 5. usually with no ctcss tone. oh do i have much fun with them.
