I really do like the 'prayer' LOL....I find Wiki to be relatively reliable and as I don't really feel a need to track down the ultimate sources for news, which is literally an impossibility, I will continue to use sources as I see fit. The day may soon be here when we will all get information from a 'RELIABLE' source.Wikipedia? Really.....wow.

Weather warfare is very old tech. On the local level, it was used on the battlefields between the war between the states. Particulates were fired by canons over the dense foggy mornings to reveal enemy troops. The fog would form droplets of rain and make the opposition visible.
In the S.E. Asian wars, heavy rain was used to flood the Viet Cong tunnels and manipulate the field of battle, as well as movement.
There's been a lot of development since then as well as ordinance that makes what was used in WW2 Japan look like firecrackers.

God is merciful, Florida will be destroyed in the upcoming attack and these people need to leave first.
My theory is that stopping (and exposing) the Dems (Communists) will stop both. Remember all the gun grabs around the world preceded by mass shootings (caused by the Communists)? The US was the only country to oppose the obvious false flag mantra "give up your guns and stop mass shootings". Same deal with covid - it was used as a weapon to shut down freedom, while promoting Communism and slavery. Same with this "unnatural" weather (i.e. weather weapons) being used around the world. The Communists/[DS] or whatever you want to call them are ultimately controlling this, and blaming it on "climate-change".
We expose the fact that there are weather weapons, and that these are being deployed against populations that oppose dancing to the Communism/Globalism tune, and the Commies will be a lot more cagey about using them in future. In the meanwhile, there will be some unnatural weather while the Commies cry their crocodile tears over "climate change" (after their agents just destroyed the Nord Stream pipelines). The Democrats/Communists are nothing if not hypocrites.

I think it's a fact the US is at war with Russia. It's undeclared, but it's war (US involvement in Ukraine is the obvious one). I think there will be more to Russia hitting back directly. The issue is the [DS] is controlling Biden, not the US, so the push-back may be more carefully targetted, although for a time, it may seem like it will be open nuclear war.
