Do you notice that its Apostle Peter who said it, who was sent by Jesus His Pre-Eminence to baptize.
Was Philip sent to the Ethiopian to baptize or to share the Gospel? Yet he did baptize, and God fully approved of this! Was Philip sent to baptize the Samaritans or to preach the Gospel? Yet he did baptize. So your whole idea about only those being sent to baptize should baptize is false. The Church as a whole is given this commandment.
So now you also believe that all other Christians are in error, and suddenly you are the only one who know the truth about baptism. Which is total nonsense.

We have nothing to say, until you confess that Jesus is The Lord, and he is your savior and that there is no salvation outside of Him.
You do not even know the truth about baptism. You said its proof that you believed, but you have not known that it is in the similitudes of reaching Jordan, before transfiguration.
There is a reason why John the Baptist was called so, and why HE said there is another that baptizes with spirit and fire. It is because they ONLY are supposed to baptize.
Jesus His Pre-Eminence is my GOD. HE is the GOD of Adam, the GOD of Elijah, the GOD of the Spirit of the Prophets. HE is the GOD of my salvation.
Who sent Philip to Baptize? Was it the James, Peter, or John of the Apostles. Or was it Jesus His Pre-Eminence HIMSELF? Who gave him the authority to baptize?

No, Paul said that because he delegated baptism in water to others to perform, not because he did not preach it. He most certainly did and his admission that he had baptized a few people that they knew proves it.
Who was he to do so? Who sent him or gave him the authority to baptize, or to delegate that reposnsibility?

[38] And Peter said to them, "Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

[42] And they devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers.
I wonder if the Lord's Supper and prayers are avoided for the same reasons?

The disciples were sent to baptize people, but they were not sent to baptize people in the Holy Spirit. Jesus baptizes people in the Holy Spirit. John said that He Who came after Him would baptize with the Holy Spirit and fire. He did not say this of the twelve apostles.
So how did the apostles baptize? Look in Acts 10-11 when Peter first preached to Gentiles. He asked 'who should forbid water...' Let us look in this passage in Acts 10:
47 Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?
48 And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days.
Notice here that baptism was done in water. Also notice that Peter ___commanded___ that they be baptized. He did not have to perform all the washings himself. That is something that could be delegated to others in the church.
Paul in I Corinthians 1, was thankful he had baptized only Crispus, Gaius, and the household of Stephanus, and he did not remember if he had baptized any other. But if we read in Acts, many in Corinth were baptized. So someone was baptizing them. When we read that Paul said he was not sent to baptize, but the preach the Gospel, we need to realize that someone or some individuals were baptizing the other people. It could have been one of Paul's co-workers, but it is also quite likely that he had members of the new congregation do the baptizing. Like Peter commanded that the people be baptized, Paul could have let others do the baptizing in water. They were indeed baptized.
And we should assume he is talking about water here. If you acknowledge that he was talking about water when he said he wasn't sent to baptize, then you should acknowledge that he still baptized Crispus, Gaius, and the household of Stephanus (possibly the first converts and the first household) and the others still were baptized.
Is there any reason to think that hear in Acts 22 that this brother who baptized Paul was not using water:
14 And he said, The God of our fathers hath chosen thee, that thou shouldest know his will, and see that Just One, and shouldest hear the voice of his mouth.
15 For thou shalt be his witness unto all men of what thou hast seen and heard.
16 And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.
The Jews in his audience would have been familiar with ceremonial washing in water. It is unlikely that they were familiar with metaphorical uses of the word. He quite possibly he spoke, as he spoke in Hebrew, of the mikveh, something Jews would have been familiar with.
In Acts 8, notice that Philip and the eunuch came up out of the water after Philip baptized him. It makes sense that Philip would have taught the eunuch something about baptism while explaining the Gospel to him for the eunuch to think about baptism when he saw the water.

Jesus told the eleven to teach the nations to do whatsoever things Jesus had commanded the eleven. In Acts 10, Peter commanded that the Gentile converts be baptized. Someone else did the baptizing. Philip, one of the seven, not one of the twelve, baptized. Ananias, a brother, baptized Saul of Tarsus. Saul of Tarsus was not one of the twelve, and he baptized others.
As Ive been saying, if its any of the 11, and the ones they sent to do the baptizm, it is fine. If it is any that were not sent to baptize by the 11, it is not fine.

Jesus told His disciples to make disciples.

Yet you don't understand this, which is quite troubling, because new believers understand this. Yeah.
You obviously have not read what I said.
I said first of all, there are only two that should baptize. I also said that the 11 that were sent out to baptize by Jesus His Pre-Eminence also can baptize. And they being the 11 also can send others baptize. But anyone not sent by them, cannot baptize. Its very simple.
There isn't any preacher for the last 2000 years with the authority, to baptize. Yet, baptizm is a requirement and a must do.
The Great Commission is for EVERY CHRISTIAN. Jesus sends us all. Therefore all christians are responsible to carry it out, no exceptions.
