He created the group...but I think from looking at everyones posts the consensus is that we'd prefer an adult to actually lead it.

Guys? (Philly talk for any group, but in this case I'm talking to the teens.) There's this lady named Joni Eareckson Tada. When she was a teen she went swimming with some friends, dove in, and broke her neck. She was already a Christian, but she became a quadriplegic that day. (Still is.)
Obvious question hit her mind, "Why me?"
So, she and her friend Steve spent the next six months searching the Bible for that answer. They got it. AND they got it clear enough that later on the two of them wrote a book that has helped many Christians who needed that same answer, me included.
There is no particular reason you need an adult to teach you. There is always using the tools available through eSword. There aren't any rules that says you can't do it yourself. And, IF you get stuck, ask.

I see where you're going now! I thought you were going to suggest basing the study off of Joni Eareckson Tada's book
(amazing book, btw).

Thank you for the offer, but hubby and I are both dealing with some medical issues that are bound to make life too hectic for at least a couple of months. I'd fall behind even before I got started.
If you keep everyone notified when one study is ending and the next is starting, maybe next time.

I'm new to this site and I would like to be involved in the bible study. On what days and time does the bible study take place?
It is in a chat group that Colt45Bullet made. Go to the "Community" tab at the top of the forums page, click on "Chat groups" and the name of the group is "Teens Bible Study". Click on the "Join" button.
You can leave comments whenever you want..

You seem kind of disrespectful toward your elders. For your information, Mitspa is very knowlegeable about the bible, and is the best person to lead this bible study, IMO.
You could learn alot from him, if you would put aside your petty attitude of "old people, eww". :/
