Witches who have now become born again have testified that when they have cast spells of cursing on the born again type of believer, their spells backfired.

No, I am painting a narrow brush and saying of the born again Christian (as opposed to nominal Christians who are not born again), that a curse causeless shall not come.

i agree that our brothers and sisters often suffer in ignorance - thinking death has power over them when it does not. thinking an idol is something when it is nothing.
i disagree that it's needless: i will let God raise His children as he sees fit, and i trust that He is faithful to do it, wisely beyond anyone else.

Satan, a created being, had to ask for power to afflict Job, and God granted it to him within limits God imposed, e.g.

i would strongly caution against inviting evil to battle
We are never instructed to taunt, incite, invite or be boastful against satan and his angels

witchcraft is an agent of Satan , and does have demonic sourced power in this world. But in Christ , if we are in Christ , no weapon formed against us shall prosper.
This would include the weapon of cursing a Christian . On the other hand if we are a believer dwelling out in the shadows of darkness and sin where we don’t belong inviting things into our lives …we don’t have the same protection as when we are walking in the light
Christ is our protection so while we are safe in Christ nothing else has any power. there are only two forces, God's and Satan's, and we know that God (Jesus) is almighty.

Most Believers are struggling because they cannot Identify whom the Vessel being used by the Enemy is!
Witchcraft is just One Vessel the Enemy can try to weaken us with.
Many others, and why we put on the entire Armor of God!!
So, this thread is Appropriate for the Believers, WHO, do not know that their Enemy can appear in many forms!!

I blamed him for taking my support away from me,my mom passed.
Anyway being in captivity to sin,I visited a psychic. Yes I either believed they were phony or else were in close contact with a familiar or demon.
She told me things about my family that I didn't buy into,family was young at the time.
However 10 yrs later two of the things she had told me came true exactly as she said!
I remember in OT when the witch of Endor was compelled of Saul to call up the prophet Samuel. We know for a fact the word tells us that we are surrounded by both things seen and unseen.
Now the supernatural I don't understand BC there have been happenings in my life both as a non believer and a believer that are unexplainable.
I do believe Satan is an angel.of light and has the ability in our weakness to deceive believers. I put corrupt,wicked humans that practice black magic and are in league with the devil as evil but still redeemable. That's my opinion.

yes amen I agree completely . Satan has many tentacles in the world from witchcraft to Islam to any false religion or requiring of a persons allegiance over thier obligation to Christ who suffered and died for thier souls too even those who reject him owe him thier everlasting souls. And commit spiritual adultery by serving these many manifested callings of Satan in the world.
