No, this is what people have stated. Their mind is poisoned.

I know he is not flesh and bone and blood male in Heaven. He's GOD, the Holy Spirit.

Flesh and bone cannot enter Heaven.

See Luke 24:36-43

He ate a fish, ending the argument.

the tomb is empty.
He bodily rose, and bodily ascended.
we will too.
resurrection is real, tangible.

the Bible describes thinking Christ is only a spirit as "trouble" and "doubt" and "unbelief"

Luke 24:36-43
Now as they said these things, Jesus Himself stood in the midst of them, and said to them, "Peace to you."
But they were terrified and frightened, and supposed they had seen a spirit.
And He said to them, "Why are you troubled? And why do doubts arise in your hearts? Behold My hands and My feet, that it is I Myself. Handle Me and see, for a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see I have."
When He had said this, He showed them His hands and His feet. But while they still did not believe for joy, and marveled, He said to them, "Have you any food here?"
So they gave Him a piece of a broiled fish and some honeycomb. And He took and ate in their presence.

It seems to me God held her less accountable.
Only because Adam was to be held accountable as the "head" of Eve. At the same time a curse came upon BOTH Adam and Eve, as well as all creation. God is a just God, and Eve did not escape His justice.

Neither Adam nor Woman was cursed.
They confessed their sin and were given new garments.

The ground was cursed for the sake of Adam and Satan was cursed according to the testimony of Woman against him.

She knew but was still deceived, that is how deception works.
It is a failure to admit to oneself something is true.

It seems to me that God granted them repentance, both being given sorrow, and made atonement for them - shedding blood to give them new garments, giving them the promise of the Seed, and protecting them from the tree of Life.

I do not think @ButterflyJones is contradicting this, I think it how Jesus is now in Heaven since He was both man and God while on earth, is He still both in Heaven?

He wasn't a man before He came to earth was He?

Yes, thank you, agree.

i think yes He is still the same God-man in heaven.
He didn't leave a corpse behind when He ascended, nor did Enoch or Elijah when they were taken up.

The view @ButterflyJones is giving us is not uncommon, it is the same as the JWs, the saducees who denied there is a resurrection, and the gnostics who considered all physical creation to be inherently evil. for @ButterflyJones and the rest of the modern church that take this view, they base it in the same reasoning the JWs do, reading "flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom" and thinking it means flesh cannot exist in the kingdom. but this is about inheritance, not existence - and entering salvation is a spiritual process, not a physical one. this is Romans 3-8, that is, that salvation is by faith not works.

God created the physical universe and called it very good.
He did not do so only to curse and destroy it. it pleases Him that it exists, that flesh exists. He redeems it; He saves it. He restores it and makes it new and clean.

the angel told the apostles that "this same Jesus" who ascended will come again the same way - since Luke 24 proves He bodily rose, then He also bodily ascended and will bodily return. ((my view))

Do not forget, dear brother post, that it is the man Christ Jesus Who intercedes for us.
Scripture asserts there is only one mediator between us and God. And it is not a woman
.;):giggle:
This same Jesus Who was crucified and resurrected is the One Who will return...
It is by grace through faith is His shed righteous blood that one is reconciled to God
and attains to life ever after. Trying to make this Person into a woman as some have
almost seems to border of blasphemy, and certainly betrays an ignorance of Scripture.

Don't speak for me. You're wrong, and presumptuous.

Jesus gave his flesh and blood once for all time as a ransom for our sin penalty had he not done so.

If he takes those back, he forfeits the ransom.

Jesus was God. His glorified body was that power putting on that cloak of human so his disciples would know the Jesus they'd known had indeed returned. It's why he could and did so to show them his wounds.

Jesus being Holy Spirit returned to Heaven as Holy Spirit.

We're told flesh and blood cannot enter Heaven. The perishable does not inherit the imperishable.
Jesus said this.

That which insists his words are not true are wrong.

I do not think @ButterflyJones is denying the resurrection, nor do I see her stating the physical is inherently evil.

I think she is challenging that the hypostatic union is permanent.

i think "was" is incorrect. "is" is correct =]

it seems to me your view has Him deceiving the disciples in Luke 24? because He clearly convinces them that He Himself has risen in the flesh, explicitly not merely as spirit.

Yes, i don't think this view is gnostic or sadduceean, but it exactly the same view in that it denies physical resurrection. in that sense it's identical to the watchtower cult, who also reach that Christ only resurrected in spirit, not flesh, hence only ascended in spirit.
and i do understand that it's also a common view among modern evangelicals - they share the same interpretation of 1 Corinthians 15:50 with the watchtower cult.

i do not think it is a correct view.

i meant earlier to point out that it is the same fundamental error with those other groups, not that she counts herself among them. just that this is not a new idea.
