And my point in what i said is that what people may tell you or what may work for Old, Outdated OS could be entirely different than if you have a modern OS. So letting people know you are using Outdated software is actually pretty important when asking help.
Look, i managed to say that and didn't need to yell.
And if you are going to yell at me at least spell correctly. "don't know".
Also, you're welcome for trying to help. I noticed you forgot to say that because you were too busy yelling and giving an attitude.
