Why we still single?

I was never ready to commit to marriage. Only now do I feel I could make a commitment with Gods help.
 
Hi we are still singe BECAUSE it is because of fear in getting hurt,,,but it can be if you truly LOVE GOD than it will be in HIS timing..Trust in HIM and don't let you beauty get in the way of GODs will for you,,Ben Ortega

What we? Are you referring to all of us? Because if so you are quite wrong. Some here are divorced, so clearly they didn't have a fear of getting hurt.
I, for one, was engaged once, she ended it, not me. I was in a long term relationship i thought might lead to marriage, but didn't work out for reasons that were not mine. And i recently had someone end a relationship with me where we were talking about marriage. Clearly i'm not afraid of being hurt, though maybe i should be. I'm not single because of fear, i'm single because the people who say they want to be with me change their mind.
And i'm sure i'm not the only one who can relay stories of attempts that went awry, not because the person feared, but because they were dumped, or saw warning signs in the other person and left the relationship out of wisdom. Or any number of other reasons not involving fear of getting hurt.
It's typically a bad idea to make blanket statements where you speak for groups of people that you don't know. It's a perfect way to guarantee you will be wrong.
