why doesnt it tell you how to get into the chat on a PC

I don't use the live chat part of the site, so can't tell you anything about it.
There is a forum here called USER2USER it's like a tech/site support area.
Members ask and answer tech and site questions there, so the information you are looking for might be there somewhere, or you could try asking there as well (heads up: new post are not seen right away. They await approval by the mods, just as this one did. However, if a thread is already active and you post to add to it, then that post will be viewable right away.)

My Android has the CC app for live international fellowship via text and voice. Hope you can find it, I've been on it and it is fast paced and much patience is required to get the mic, lol, but you can still text msgs on it. God bless you!
