And even then, God enables us to come to him through Jesus. The Bible doesn't give us any reason that God would want to save us. But we know that he must have a reason but has withheld it from us.I cannot fathom why and how our Creator Father loves us. So much that He sent His precious Son to teach us love even to the point of allowing us to crucify Him.
I certainly do not deserve it, sinful and foolish a sinner as I am. What is our soul that God places such value upon it? Just look at what we do - making a living hell of this planet we were given. Attacking and destroying everything upon it, including each other.
I would like to be pointed towards the passages in the Bible, the only truth that I believe in, that clarifies what exactly makes me so valuable that God is doing all He can to save me from the Devil. I know each must come willingly and freely to our Father. That He wants us is the the mystery!

perfect answer! thank you!Quite simply: God decided to love us. And this was decreed, in eternity, before God made man.
The Lamb was slain from the foundation of the world.
This was not an insurance policy in the case that man should sin: God, who knows the end from the beginning, knew that man would sin. So, The Son, who is the expressed image of God, paid the price for man's sin BEFORE man was even on the scene.
The Son, by giving Himself for the sake of another (in this case "all who would believe in Him), became the heir of all of the Father's estate: By this action The Son expressed The Father's character perfectly by willingly giving up the life that was His to give.
The Son gave up His life to the Father so that ALL who receive Him could likewise be included in the Father's estate.
Consequently, God the Father was invested in man without the consent of man.
This was the love He conveyed toward us while we were still sinners. So, it was not because we deserved love that He loved us. No, "We love Him because He first loved us."
Does God Love esau Yes or No ? Rom 9:13The ancient meaning of the Hebrew word שנא (soneh)

you sound like a broken record, please move on.Does God Love esau ?
Hello MaryM, God loves us, not because there is something about us that is in any way worthy of His love, but simply because He 'chose' to do love us.What is our soul that God places such value upon it?
Yes, we know you refuse to accept what the words really mean.Does God Love esau Yes or No ? Rom 9:13
13 As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.
Your ability to surrender all to His precious dear Son. Those who reject the Son have nothing to anticipate except eternal hellfire.I would like to be pointed towards the passages in the Bible, the only truth that I believe in, that clarifies what exactly makes me so valuable that God is doing all He can to save me from the Devil.
You said yes right in contradiction to the answer Gods word shows us, God didnt love esau He hated him. So next question according to Rom 9:13 did God hate Jacob ?Yes, we know you refuse to accept what the words really mean.
You sow discord with your faulty understanding. God hates those who sow discord .![]()
but Esau have I hated.
Did God Love Esau ? Rom 9:13You might say that Jesus could hate the man who was nailing him to the cross. No matter what Jesus thought about the man with the nails, he still found it in his heart to pray, forgive them Father for they know not what they do.
Limited Atonement is such a scumbag doctrine.
Limited Atonement is such a scumbag doctrine.
It appeals to the religious, the racists, and those with prejudice.
It's like the KKK version of the gospel.
Let's walk this out.
If God chooses to save some and not others, so what? How would that change the divine imperative for the sons of God to be led by the Spirit of God?
Don't want to go to Nineveh to bless the people who harmed you? So what? You should hope that God sends a fish to deliver you vs. choosing another to go.
You, as an apostle, prefer to be around people of your own race? So what? You should hope that God sends another to oppose you to your face and not simply dismiss you.
But now, Limited Atonement inserts man's reasoning into the mix.
"The people have a history of rejecting God? There is no way God will send me to them."
This person has NO CHANCE to be led by the Spirit in this matter.
"This guy is a Democrat. Everything he says is a lie."
Zero chance God will use you in his life.
If one is led by the Spirit they might even be led to people who will reject the gospel completely. (gasp!)
"What?! God will never waste my time!"
Ha, buddy, if you were really bought for a price you should know that it's not your time to begin with. Obviously God has something to teach you. If you will not be led by the Spirit in faith then you can learn nothing.
Limited Atonement: Such a stupid, stupid doctrine. Ironically, those who use it to quickly cut others off from God's grace are, themselves, cut off from God's Spirit. The way of the sons of God is to be led by the Spirit of God, not by reason. Reason how to cut your lawn and how to make a cake NOT how God distributes His grace.
If you're caught in this doctrine pray that God sends you a big fish or one to oppose you to your face so that you will repent. If you keep going this way you'll turn bitter and be of no use for God.
If it turns out that Limited Atonement is the Truth of God's Eternal Plan... Let's see then... Hmmm:
You just called God - a scumbag, a Religionist, a racist, prejudiced and stupid. I hope for your sake you don't have it wrong.
By the way, you used "racist" in the incorrect way, as most of our society does. Race speaks to us as being humans. As humans, we are of the same race. Unless of course, you are not human. What you should have been referring to, is "ethnic" differences. Of which there are hundreds. In the case of God's Word, however, there are just - Jews and non-Jews or Jews and Gentiles. Only two in the eyes of God. (Gee - that sounds a lot like a limited group V. the rest).
I know just how you feel I have often thought of all this many times myself it is like you wrote what I have been thinking lately.I cannot fathom why and how our Creator Father loves us. So much that He sent His precious Son to teach us love even to the point of allowing us to crucify Him.
