You'll have to elaborate on the problem in order for someone to troubleshoot the issue for ya. Is the chat room freezing, crashing, not loading properly, etc.? Outline the problem, and we will do our best to help if you're still having issues. Otherwise, it's a shot in the dark.
Persistent problems might require you to speak to RoboOp should nobody here be able to solve the issue.

Yes, you have to contact any moderator and tell them you want to close your account.

Most of the time I can get right into chat when I first come online, but lately it's been difficult. Tonight I've been trying for 30 minutes. Is it because the servers might be full when I come on? I come on around 10:00 PM EST.
im having this same issue it starts conecting then keeps saying it conecting then just and does nothing. idk what kinda internet im using im at uni and i plug a cord into the wall lol.

I've had moments where the chat app loads relentlessly; the progress bar just loops repeatedly. But I've only had that occur when I first open CC before I've logged in. I'm not sure what the cause is.

since other get the message of the user name already being used, could it be a glitch where the software thinks you're already in the room?
Hi there, I have the same issue, I was in the YouTube room and then suddenly when I put a video a window pumped up saying something about an error or connection problem and that I need to log out something like that not sure exactly, I tried to just skip the YouTube room and go to the main one, but it just stuck there and nothing changed but just the name of the room!!
and then I logged of and in again from the site, can't log in again to the chat room, even without logging in, in the guest room, the chat room doesn't start, it shows that it's loading and then it just stop!!! what should I do? I have the last version of flash player, I'm using Google Chrome, running on windows xp, I also tried that on internet explorer 8 but I have the same problem again and again.

My guess is chat still thinks you are in chat, the reason for the problem might be your bandwidth, I am not too familiar with chats though, so that is an uneducated guess.
Did you try signing in after restarting the computer? It is often the redicolously simple things that work.

A common response people say is to try clearing out cache and temp files.
