Hello Gods precious people..I have had a desire to create this thread.Does anyone here need to be encouraged about something they are going through?.Life has it's ups and downs and God knows you more than you know your own selves and he understands the dynamics of your life.We are part of God's family and i thought to create this thread for any one who just needs encouragement right now.
💕
You are precious and God loves you too much to make you go through things without being encouraged along the way.Feel free to mention what you feel lead to mention.I know there will be a blessing of encouragement and not empty flattery waiting to lift you up.

The last couple months have been a bit of a financial struggle, we trust in God but encouragement is always welcome. Hopefully, in a couple months we will see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Hi tourist yes I understand that...and money is one if the most practical things you could ever need like food, clothes etc where without enough of it.. it most certainly has an impact.God will always provide for his children in every season and knows just how to provide financial provision. Many years ago I had built up just over £800 in English money in debth which I just couldn't pay..I could just about manage to pay the usual monthly Bill's.I was in a real mess and couldn't get a bank loan to pay it all off..then after weeks of stress I just had a thought to ask a friend and that were kind enough to give me even more than I had asked and agreed to pay then back a bit each month. It took a while but paid them it all back.(usually i would never ask a friend for money..yet God knew they had the provision and the heart to give it..i had no idea they did)
God knows how to get provisions for u and james says we can ask God for wisdom..I am now in agreement with you that in jesus name God WILL get you through this financially challenging time and that you are NOT alone in this situation. He is your invisible accountant and every word I am saying to you Is what I feel in my heart for you...you WILL get through this.you will make it..may God make your money increase like that little boys lunch of fish and loaves.
Some may get into things like do you tithe ect..but I am not feeling it in my spirit..The simplicity of Gods loving grace to you is what opens the floodgates.
If God knows you need practical wisdom how to get more funds may he give it..if he just wants you to manage with what you have and he somehow makes it cover everything..may he do so...if he wants someone to provide you funds may he lead you..he knows you are trusting in him..and he is a rewarded if those who put their trust in him.God knows all about you tomorrows.
As you read these words I pray you feel strengthened in the inner man to hold on...coz as day follows night..so surly will you get through this period in jesus name..🙏🏻

So, I'm new here. I sought out this place because the enemy tore apart my life in the last two weeks. I'm at peace about it while I just watch the flames continue to burn. I'm just exhausted now. The pinnacle of physical problems was losing my job due to Covid which means no money (which means I'm struggling to pay college tuition) and also not seeing this guy I have feelings for (and I think he did or does have feelings for me? I'm too shy to actually have that conversation). We still chat but texting is always so different. God keeps encouraging me to remain friends with him and I've never seen God show up with scriptures to back what He's saying like this before. Every time I progress forward with God, the devil attacks this relationship so I just struggle to trust God at times though I'm doing my best. I just keep praying for God to bring to light all that is hidden in darkness.
The biggest issue is there's a vision that keeps plaguing me. I thought it was something from God, but I realized I don't think it is good. Once I stumbled upon that fact and exposed it, my life ended up in this massacre of the last two weeks. It continues to fight against me and I'm so tired at this point I don't know what to do. I did have a friend ask if this guy was a distraction from the vision or if the vision was a distraction from the guy. I had already placed the guy on the backburner and I realized that this whole mess does drag me from him since I'm willing to give him up for God. (I keep trying and God's like can you stop?)
I hope this makes a little sense, but IDK.
Basically, I'm just struggling and I'm exhausted. I'm out of ways to keep fighting but I don't want to give up.

Hi BlueDivi thanks for making time to type all this out.I do appreciate you doing this.Firstly I just wanna say I am sorry to hear that you had unfortunately lost your Job due to the coronavirus situation which of course will be be making things so much harder.Do you have any family to help you at this time?Is the any support for people who are unemployed there due to covid 19 and are studying? I live in London England and they did have support although it would take a while to get money. Are you eating properly and generally looking after yourself..sleeping well.?
Yes the guy you like must be a tough one considering you are shy it's never easy to have such a conversation as it's kinda uncomfortable to do and he last thing u want is for him to say he doesnt feel the same.God will most definitely reveal things to you for sure and if this Guy a Christian also?I take it you and him still interact?
This vision you mentioned that keeps plaguing you do you know what the vision means and the fact you mentioned that you belive it's not good and there has been repercussions from this..so are they more spiritual attacks of from the enemie using people? The important thihg here is that God will protect you though you are experiencing the storm. He will not allow it to either destroy you, ruin you..He loves you and will always be by ur side.
Things seem to be draining you and are weight you down and the 1st thing I that God is still with you and there are certain priorities like your tuition fees and finances plus your studies..theses are the most practical needs you have and I will pray God makes a way for you.
The guy that you like just be cautious and and try not to worry too much about jumping ahead coz it could distract to from every thing else and its not easy liking someone and u not sure if they feel the same. The opportunity may come up later to chat about stuff with him..
Your well being is paramount and give yourself time to switch off from the constant battling and just belive that God has everything under control.Sometimes we just need a little time to receive from God renewed strength and refreshing coz battles can be so wearisome and we don't have all the answers..Is there a church nearby or a Christian union at uni?

I live with my family. I went back to school after a few years. That's part of my current issue. I want a decent career, a place to call my home and a family. All my friends have that and I struggle because it's something I've wanted since I can remember. My family can't help with tuition. The place my dad was a manager at closed and my mom wants to leave her job.

I called my Uni because last semester I was in counseling there. They told me I was really bad off, but they had no room. I was told to pet a stuffed animal and shower because she assumed I hadn't showered in weeks. (I shower nightly.) I've pulled myself out of the ditch I was in when I called them by God's grace, but things are still rocky. Sleeping is difficult and eating is a day by day thing. Sometimes I eat nothing, other times I want everything. Depends on how the depression hits.

When it comes to the vision, it came shortly after I began speaking tongues. It's something that I can't see/remember. There are moments where I start to remember it and then I get hit with an overwhelming feeling of faint/nausea. God brought up the story in Daniel about the angel bringing the vision but having to go through the prince of the region (controlling demon). In it scripture says "My strength left me, my face grew deathly pale, and I felt very weak. 9 Then I heard the man speak, and when I heard the sound of his voice, I fainted and lay there with my face to the ground."
Since I deal with the same symptoms that Daniel did, I assumed it was of God and sought the Lord for truth. When I began to question if it was of God (because of something someone had once said to me. Which side note: he was running a small group that I was involved in. He mentioned that He didn't think it was of God and then right after his wife and he announced they'd be gone for a few months to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary and group stopped so... He mentions he doesn't think it's of God and the group where I'm getting fed stops...), things started spiraling. I had to rush my dog to the vet, spilled an entire cup of water on my new laptop, and lost my job all on the same day. From there, I was sick the entire next day. Then my Uni classes the day after were set on discussing Rona for 6 and a half hours instead of teaching. The more I picked at this thread the more things go downhill, my tuition became an issue, the guy stopped talking to me, my friends have mostly gone silent, Uni can no longer help me with counseling, I'm struggling with my senior Uni project (I'm 8 months out from graduation). The list goes on.

As for the guy, it's an odd situation. When I worked there, he really was attached to my hip. Other people noticed and thought it was odd. He was always making sure I was taken care of. He constantly reminded me of 1 Corinthians 13 (which that verse annoyed me until I saw it play out like that). What's more, is the way Jesus loves us was and is mirrored in how he treats me. I don't know the level of his relationship with Christ but I know it's there. He wouldn't ever tell me why he cared. When I asked once, he got all red in the face and changed the subject. He wasn't a fan of customers flirting with me. He didn't like when I mentioned other guys. God has shown up in that relationship like I've never seen. With guys I've liked, it has never been God speaking so outright. At one point, God asked me if I was sold out him and then the guy did all these little things that reflected the love of Jesus. My biggest prayer became that all that is hidden will be revealed between us. When I was furloughed in March, I didn't think I'd ever talk to him until I went back, whenever that would be. God spurred me on to trade numbers and the guy gave me his number. There was one point where we stopped texting for a few weeks. Since then, we text every week a few times and normally he responds immediately. If he doesn't, he apologizes and explains why. He doesn't initiate texts, but in person I never initiated and God keeps reminding me that I do have to put work into a relationship as well. When I went from furloughed to terminated I text him and thanked him for everything. He didn't respond. Three days later I said I hope we could still be friends. I thought it was over but God kept saying "It's not over. Do you trust me?" God then gave me the verse 1 Corinthians 4:5 "Therefore judge nothing before the appointed time; wait until the Lord comes. He will bring light to what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of the heart. At that time each will receive their praise from God." (Which plays into the demonic attack I've been overwhelmed with as well as my request to God for all that is hidden to be revealed)
The guy wrote the next day and said he was sorry he hadn't responded, he'd been busy. I know he doesn't like discussing emotions from what I've witnessed. God also showed me how I will forget to text people, especially if it's something that's really difficult, like losing a coworker who's a friend.

With all that said, sorry it was a bit lengthy. In writing this though, I realized I am under a massive attack that all links together. And I'm worried I cannot fight it. I know I'm exhausted and I'm doing my best to worship and praise (which just heightens the attack). I think there's a part of me that fears it will never end. I don't have any small groups to join. Like I mentioned earlier, the one I had is disbanded for the time being. Uni doesn't offer such things. There's an agenda there and it's not of God. I just want to cast out whatever this demon is that's plaguing me. I know it's there but I don't know how to be delivered from it. It's fighting harder than any other demons that have been cast out of me and it's exhausting me to the bone.

I think children especially need encouragement.
These days, its harder to be a child and grow up in a world where you arent even allowed outside or see your friends at times.

A lot of parents really throw their children right in the deep end and expect them to swim.
They go through school, and even if they might be bright and able to keep studying, one salient point is higher education is EXPENSIVE! they then they might need a job to help their family out (maybe their parents for whatever reasons, death, circumstances, divorce, redundancies, cannot be the breadwinner) but when they get to that point, they are told they are too young, are paid below minium wage, get treated like dirt by horrible bosses, or they get picked up by gangs who lead them to make easy money elswhere through drugs and stealing. Many jobs are the 'hit the ground running' type of jobs that employees are given minimum training in.

does anyone see a rosy future in that?
and yet countless young people go through the exact same wringer. Many dont survive, they give up.

many young people are not in good sheltered circumstances that others take for granted. They (and their families) just dont have the resources or capital to make a good start in life. and then people wonder why the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

i was just led to write something cos I observed it in school.
some teachers would immediately pronounce certain children were failures or hopeless because of their family circumstances. Or they were struggling with reading or maths, only read to a certain level and they then throught they were unteachable.
These children were always then dismissed and not encouraged at all. some were told they would go to jail or end up there. I think people need to beware of telling young children stuff like that as they take it to heart.

There is a lot going and it is obvious that this guy has feelings for you in one way of another and at some point things have to come to a head..it can't be easy if when you text him he doesnt reply until days later saying he was busy yet at the same time was so attentive to you and didnt even like you talking about other guys ect...At some point things have to be addressed as you have both had a certain connection with each other which you both can't get to verbalise. If chatting doesn't work what about putting some thing in writing to him?..He seems shy I expressing how he feels verbally...maybe he could also write them down too.
It's a real shame that group stopped leaving you without that spiritual interaction...and in regards to the vision if you need God to re confirm if it was from him or not then by means do so....The man said he didn't think it was from God...but did he say why he thought so?Also does the vision itself show you in a place of stability,freedom...able to help others ect..being in a certain place in ur relationship to God?
Sorry to hear that your family are unable to help and they both have their own situations to deal with too.Uni fees are not cheap so at present what are the options available for you that uni can offer. Is there a kind of payment plan that can be set up where a min payment can be given say a month ect?,Due to covid many employers are struggling just to stay open and recruitment is not great right now..but is there any slim chances of finding any kinda work?
The other option is would the uni hold your place till next year for you whilst you try win Gods help to sort a few things out?
My goodness..not very pleasant to be told to pet a stuffed animal ect...👎👎👎👎
I do understand that you wanna have a good career which I think is great and persevere to make this happen with Gods help.
Regarding you relationship with food ita a bit hit and miss..so having some kinda daily structure to follow would give you some kind disciple to eat more often in a more structured way..will mean altering you present eating habits though.

Yes definitely ..its the same over here in England too.
I guess many young people feel there are not much prospects for then and things like fatherlessness or a dysfunctional home life contribute to many things. Its like this future generation to come up being attacked my so many things yet many are still striving to do well in the midst of gang culture, bad role models ect. There are many individuals who set up youth groups and seek to mentor young people about the things they are going through which they cant with anybody else. Many deep down are longing for acceptance and given a chance to excel in their various talents..ans for their voice to be heard
Things are also rapidly changing for children for due to sexual orientation issues being manifest now in youngsters..they are seeking now to try and avoid calling children who belive they should if been born of a different gender by the gender they were born as..but by the gender the child believes they are ment to be born as.So you have a boy called Steven being called Mary.. and identified in the school as a her or she and not HIM.
Yea a lot of Encouragement and guidance in most definitely needed in jesus name

Things are also rapidly changing for children for due to sexual orientation issues being manifest now in youngsters..they are seeking now to try and avoid calling children who belive they should if been born of a different gender by the gender they were born as..but by the gender the child believes they are ment to be born as.So you have a boy called Steven being called Mary.. and identified in the school as a her or she and not HIM.
Yea a lot of Encouragement and guidance in most definitely needed in jesus name
i think the big brother and big sister organisations are a good thing.
Although you need to be careful about some youth organisations these days.

definitely needs to be more guidance counsellors and student support in schools. Libraries are good places to go. No judgement there.

I remember this boy coming in, he was a somewhat bully to others in the school as stuff was going on in his family life. I just encourgaed him with books, he would always come and talk to me.
He once asked me to come to his baptism. I went but on the day he was meant to, his parents wouldnt let him. He left as he was a year 6 and his younger sibling has left this school now but he got a top reading prize. I just would pray for him (in private) and hope the prayers will work in his life. He eventually stopped bullying others as he confessed to me what he did was not right. i recall he used to tease other girls and call them boys if he thought they looked like boys and then laugh. They would be in tears. He stopped doing that. one day he was teasing some boy that was younger than him and the boy lashed out and clocked him one and he was shocked that it would turn violent. I said well thats not a good idea is it.

Children often just copy what their parents or older siblings do as they dont know or see anything else. Its not easy if parents are not encourgaing, but in most families there will be at least one member looking out for someone. (grandparent, aunty, uncle, older sibling) if not then you need to be that aunty or uncle or big sis or big bro.

I am encouraged that people both need encouragement and want to encourage those who need encouragement. All in all, it is an encouraging thing! :)
