I spent 3 hot and humid weeks in Fort Polk, Louisiana for war games in August 1981. Rained one afternoon for 5 minutes. Lived in a few states and recently relocated from Florida to Tennessee at the end of last year. Yeah, Florida is hot and humid too. Lived 22 years in Orlando and 6 years in Clearwater.

Inverness, a lovely part of Scotland, was there a few years ago and visited the Battle of Culloden site.
My Dad was from Carluke, Lanarkshire and came over to N Ireland after WW II...
