The upside of it having rained all day and still is, is that it isn't ❄️snow.

We'd be in deep if it were snowing as heavy as its rained all day. So I'm grateful for rain .😊

No it does not snow in Auckland so youd have to bring some snow:)
Beautiful night here 8.52 pm. Air is cooler so as evening approached it was nice to sit out on the deck and just breathe fresh air.1671176710398.JPEG

the newspapers were saying the air in Auckland is full of microplastics.

If its not full of microplastics its full of pollen at this time of year making me sneeze.
 
I never thought Id be the kind of person interested in weather lol but I lived in Canada and they somehow managed to include the weather forecasts and temperatures in all types of conversations! I just like looking at Gods work. Im in awe even looking at the sky, the clouds the stars! Today the sun was out in force, had been m.i.a lately. 23C and we needed the umbrellas for shade during the outdoors church service.

Budapest? my husband's maternal grandfather came to the US from Hungary. :)

both his parents were first generation Americans. one of our daughters is trying to learn Magyar, if i have the name right, lol. she dreams of living in Hungary.

i have studied other languages, but never have i seen a language as tough as Hungarian!
 
oh, sorry... here in upstate NY it's clear and cold, but not as cold as it's going to get.

Short trip = business? Hope you got to do some sightseeing! A lot of people think Australia and NZ are similar but they arent :) But both worth the trip :)

Here in the northern panhandle of Florida today at 4:30 PM it was 50F. Suppose to get down to 29F by 6:00 AM tomorrow. It's going to be a cold Christmas weekend. Low 18F Friday night, high 37F and Low 22F Saturday, and high 42F Christmas Day. Winds expected to gust 20 to 30 MPH. Normal high are in the low 60s and lows are in the mid 40s.
 
Today is a very warm 23C but it feels more like 30. My face turned red just going out to clear the mailbox. Humidity is bang on at 74%. Dont want the crowds at the beaches so might go sit in the cool of a movie theatre. At least most buildings have air con.

Yes its summer here but NZ is known for having four seasons in one day. Its not unusual to be raining sunny in the same day. Harder to know what to wear but we are used to it.
 
What’s the weather like where I’m at?
Oh, don’t ask. I feel like I’m in England. Raining for weeks while Canada is burning for the whole summer I’m guessing.
I pray to have like 4 good days with my family this summer. That’s all I’m praying for.
 
Hot and humid. Typical kick off to the Dog Days of Summer. Maybe we'll get a thunderstorm this afternoon.
 
High in the low 90-s F, humidity also in the lo 90's. For the C folks, around 33 C.
