Interesting. What's an onion burger?
You cut up onions in with the hamburger and just mix it in, and make your patties. So it is cooked in with the hamburger. We like them. We also put K.C. Masterpiece BBQ sauce on them.
I just had brunch which will really be my dinner...
I boiled five lovely white potatoes, while a large diced white onion fried with a chopped up
yellow pepper, to which I added lots of garlic powder, black pepper, and Rosemary leaves.
Once the potatoes were cooked, I added a huge dollop of sour cream to them, plus a mix
of three cheeses (grated Asiago, Romano, and Parmesan), and the fried onions + pepper.
Then I fried three eggs, lazy style, without even scrambling them, which I had over top of
a layer of my potato concoction. Lots of leftover potato will be eaten through the weekend .
Dessert will be my usual bowl of Chapman's black cherry and chocolate frozen yogurt .

Well, to be honest, I'll put some cooked ground beef and cheese between the two slices of bread, and mix some kool-aid powder and sugar in the water with a couple of ice cubes, but it still counts, right?

Last night for dinner I had a Caesar salad with a plain, bun-less chicken burger .

sadly, i made a big tossed salad and a pan of lasagna.
