Carrie, I'm serious.

If you lived closer, I would gladly pay a subscription fee for your own personal take-out service!! I would happily pick up take-home containers of your meals regularly.

Of course...

I'd also have to spend 3X the amount of time on the treadmill...

But I'm pretty sure it would be worth it. :LOL:

I'd definitely share my food with you! Also, this would help me have less to be tempted by 😄

Working on flatbread pizza today, with a nice yeasty garlicky crust and tasty toppings (onion, olives, baby bellas, bell pepper, mozzarella, shredded chicken breast)...

I'll put a thumbs up for now...but only because I have a question and then i'll re-rate it.....is the steak seasoned and if so, what did you season it with?

Several years ago, I was craving Philly Cheesesteak. I wanted it to be lite and healthy. I got this recipe idea online. I saute sliced mushrooms, onion, and bell pepper. I divide that into bowls. I cook ground turkey (seasoned with worcestershire sauce). After the meat is cooked, I place provolone on it to get melty. Then that goes on the veggies.

Homemade focaccia bread. So yeasty and garlicky and herby and more smashing than smashing! The longer you spend on it, the better it tastes. Plus, a nice pot of tasty homemade lentil soup packed full of veggies. An excellent winter meal...

Ground turkey teriyaki bowls. I homemade a teriyaki sauce. I cooked ground turkey, sliced mushrooms, and the teriyaki sauce and then put that over a bed of steamed broccoli, and topped it with sliced green onion and sesame seeds. Lite and tasty, and a nice coconut water too...

zucchini rice bowl (I caramelized some onions and added them to ground turkey, rice, zucchini, mushrooms, garlic, and seasonings).
I like making bowls because they are lite and tasty and packed with veggies...

Oh my goodness, when that picture first popped up on my phone, I thought the artichoke on the left was actually a small bird -- complete with feathers!!

I was like, "WOW, Carrie probably just hunted, prepped, and cooked a pigeon all by herself!!"

I was envisioning the local pigeon populations in parking lots suddenly becoming very nervous... :oops:

Obviously, I need stronger glasses!!
:LOL::geek:

I've often wanted to make special request that @CarriePie resize her images to thumbnail size (for a better personal appreciation of them) but refrained because I didn't want to come across as critical and thereby discourage the sharing.:geek:
