Thats not true that a woman has the same job as a man
Both need to deal with finances because houses are expensive to run. Many couples do have seperate jobs though not all always work together. Maybe they can have one house each.

A woman can make her own job description if she is self-employed.
Or do you mean a man is her boss.
Be specific. What is in her job description then? What about his?

When he learns to cook and clean a dish even by appreciating his wife for all she sacrifices for him and vice versa
 
Important question...do you know how to cook in a wok or make handmade noodles. I think the noodle thing is really cool. I mean rice is nice, but its not as much fun to eat as noodles.

Otherwise, mashing potatoes is a fun job.
