It was a rhetorical question, which I answered, in that true salvation is where we are now made free with Christ's sacrifice from having to serve our flesh, should we choose to overcome it. If we choose not to overcome our flesh, however, we are then saved from nothing, with our God/love remaining our belly/flesh.

Philippians 3:18 (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: 19 Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)
Do you believe that the "many" of verse 18 are "carnal Christians"?

An enemy of the cross. Does this sound like a believer ? The enemies referred to here are the enemies of 2 Peter 2:1. Since they may be Jews (Rom. 11:28), they are “beloved enemies” (Rom. 11:28); this explains why Paul says, “and now tell you even WEEPING.”
If you wish to bring in suppositions on who those in Philippians 3:18-19 are, other than what is clearly specified, you are then adding words to the Bible that aren't there. Such endeavors distract away from what the Lord clearly wants to make known to us, that individuals whose God/love is their bellies/flesh are enemies of the cross of Christ.

Wakeup works for salvation friend .
Which is an enemy of the cross.
20For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:

21Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.

The many in verse 18 are carnal individuals whose true God/love is their flesh/belly. Whether they were ever real Christian believers in love for God and their neighbor, I do not know. They did, however, have the chance to overcome their carnal inclinations while on the earth, as Christ made this possible with His sacrifice. Those who did overcome their carnal inclinations would then have been spiritually adopted by the Father.

Romans 8:15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

That's not what eph 1.13 says how a person receives the Holy Spirit.
13¶In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

14Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

' conversation with God ' ? Do you just change the words and make up the bible as you go lol ?

Context of phil 3 .
2¶Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision.
phil 3.3
3For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.

You first have to trust in the Word of truth, the gospel of salvation, which is to be spiritually minded, and not carnally minded, where after believing in for some undetermined amount of time, one is then sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, being adopted by the Father.

The actual verse.

21Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.

Are you doing verse 20 ,21 ? You sound like your conversation is on yourself and what your doing to earn and merit and perfect the flesh.

The dogs, evil workers, and the concision to beware of are the carnally inclined, who are not believers in God/love and love for their neighbor.

Completely false and totally heretical. Respectfully. Is that what the verse says? is that what any verse says? Is God not capable of saying what he means ?

Those whose conversation is in heaven with God are spiritually inclined beings. My not living for my flesh, is not doing a work for salvation; it is my reasonable service, presenting my body a living sacrifice (Romans 12:1).

Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

Correlations in scriptures to confirm what the Lord is telling us.

Who does one have a conversation with in heaven when one prays in the Spirit?
5Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)

6And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

Yes it is reasonable given salvation.
