I’m an advocate for everyone turning to Christ to be saved. And I definitely get tired of seeing it which is why I don’t watch tv and very selective on what social media I use. But your child is your responsibility until he or she is an adult. My opinion is children should either be homeschooled or attend a Christian school. They should not have social media and the music and tv they watch should be monitored. Point is if you are parenting your children as you should then they won’t be exposed to it. The reason we have all the gay stuff going on has a lot to do with parents not doing their jobs.1 Timothy 4:1,2 - Now the Spirit speaks expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

Exactly. If you eat too much OF THE WRONG THING then it causes weight gain. If you eat a normal amount of the correct food(aka the food that God provides, not food that humans try to make better)then weight gain does not occur.

@DallasMan, completely agree. OSAS blurs the line between a real Christian and a non-Christian. They cannot consistently distinguish the two, because their system forces them to deny the possibility of a believer departing. So every time someone does, they just shove them into the “never saved” category—even if that person had lived faithfully to the Lord, been walking in the light for decades. OSAS claims to offer security, but in reality it erases any clear distinction between a true believer and someone who only appeared to be one. That’s why the doctrine destroys its own credibility. It leaves you with no way to: Tell who is genuinely saved, take New Testament warnings about apostasy seriously. It’s a doctrine that promises certainty but cannot deliver it. If the truly elect cannot fall away, but if they do they are considered to be “never the elect”, then when would anyone know for certain that they are, because the whole time they and everyone else believed and thought they were the elect they were not.
Maybe it because I don’t watch tv or maybe it only happens in big cities. Am I against the actions of gay people, definitely. But I still have to put the responsibility on the parent. They should not have their children at a gay pride march. I think we as a society have gotten lazy and distracted with politics and social media that we let an iPhone and government raise our children instead of us. That is setting them up for failure and a likelihood to reject God.

I believe that we should love all of our neighbors whether they are gay, murderers, gluttons, thieves, lovers, or meth addicts. You should too if your faith is in Jesus. He didn’t say we could pick out certain groups to hate. He didn’t say that that if we followed Him we would be better than others.

We are under the New Covenant now and no God is not sending parents to hell if their kids become sinners.
I try to not offend the people I love. You may want to give it a try and possibly try not to be self righteousness in thinking that you are better than a gay person.
And as I said if you expose your children to sin then you are responsible for their actions that come from that exposure. Once they’re adults then they then become responsible for their own actions.

I don't disagree, but it appears that you missed the point. My statement is a response to your question, "why are so many Christians hung up on the gay people". The squeaky wheel gets the oil.
If people bent on adhering to other sins were making such a big deal about their sin being acceptable to God, Christians would be louder in addressing it.
