There is just no place like CC in my estimation, where do you go when it is unavailable?
FB was one resource, carefully only reading and posting Christian encouragements.
It really brought home again how our "civilized" lifestyle can be disrupted.
I recall in Forgotten History by David Barton how he had stayed in a luxurious hotel in Paris and it had no internet, here even Motel 6 has internet.:)
Blessings to you all.

Well this week while CC was down I played Skyrim. But I would have been playing that anyway.

Yes, I am just now getting around to playing a game more than a decade old. No spoilers, please. :p

Besides I still have my core group of friends in chat. It's cool to see what they post on the forum, but we've been chatting while the forum was down. In fact we chatted about the forum being down.

Obviously your bannedness did not exceed the bannedness of the scribes and Pharisees.
I was thinking that either, A. There was a cyber attack. B. The owner needs more donations to pay the bills or C. I was tired and should've waited until the next day to open my mouth/ tap the keyboard. 🤐

It just doesn't mean that much to me. Too many arguments, too many people saying clueless things (and some would argue that I've contributed to that),... I'm starting to consider leaving, if anything.

If it does collapse, and you need this type of interaction, there are other Christian sites. I came across some when I found this one.

I too have seen a lot of Christian forums, none as good as this.

So true. There is only one other site that even comes close (some good people to balance all the lefty lunatics), and I've been banned numerous times from that for simply speaking the truth. I think it's moderated by a group of Communist Pharisees posing as Christians.

What did I do? The same thing I do when it is up, aside from posting on here. I frequent probably 5 or 6 other types of forums, so there's no worry about being bored, or anxious.
Although...... I was REALLY concerned about not hearing another "he said-she said" about Sabbath keeping....

In reality, I'd miss a bunch of you guys/gals if the site crashed.... well, ok a few of you....

all right.... ONE of you.... and you know who you are, so don't ask.....

It's natural to ask. Even the disciples asked...is it me, Lord?

Thanks, Hornetguy. I do indeed know who I am, and it makes me feel very happy to know that at least you will miss me if the site really does go down.
