What churches do you follow online (youtube, etc.)?

I am following the church that I used to attend for a long time, Andy Standley (North Point Community Church) and also Christ's Commission Fellowship (large congregation in the Philippines). In the past I also followed a Korean church, but I found the sermons a bit too long.

I am looking to add a few more, so I can watch a sermon everyday during my down time (about 30 minutes). I usually skip the intro and worship portions. Any suggestions welcome. I am open to both male and female pastors, all denominations, anywhere in the world. I would also like to follow a pastor who is single. I cannot listen to Christian radio since it is a bit too fire and brimstone, a lot of focus on being saved, and on a daily basis it is personally a bit too much for me. I believe they are more aimed to reach nonbelievers.

First MsMediator let us first define what Church is? It is defined as a body of Believers. So, if you are a non-believer, you can attend a Church but in a real Church you can never become a member of it. In most Church of today a non-believer can, and that is the first red flag! (Gal 5:9-10) So many look to follow a person they do not know, if they appeal to that person that is good enough, as long as that person never has to become ACCOUNTABLE!!

This may sound a bit blunt, but we are closer to the end then to the beginning. I would suggest finding a Church around where you live so you can become a part of it. Relationships as you well know are to be personal. Jesus wants to be personal with all of us, including you! Game time is over! So what to look for in a church? 1. Do the people really care about each other? 2. How can you fill the need of someone in the Church, for whether you are non-believer or a believer you do have gifts!

3.If one passes your test, talk personal with the Pastor, find out where he is leading the flock We are NOT to follow blindly! You are not a Dum woman! You know what you want and why. The Lord knows our heart and our mindset and make no mistake, one does not play games with our Lord! I care about you Sis, I have now been in the Lord for over 40 years, and I am serious about both him and his people! I first became a believer at the tender age of 22 a late bloomer you might say lol

I have my faults but I very serious about our Lord Jesus and he with me! I understand how you have been disappointed by people in your past. I mean really who hasn't. But Jesus has never done that to me! I encourage you to seek your own heart first before judging another, this has worked well for me sis. My you find what you truly seek, which I hope is both the truth about yourself as well as the Lord you seek! May every blessing always find you and find you most well through our Lord Jesus Christ!

I like the Bible project channel, Joel, and Myron Golden. I know they are controversial. Myron Golden changed my life... but I would consider him a life coach on biblical principles. He changed the way I view the Bible though and how I read it. It makes way more sense to me now.

Sometimes I listen to les feldick but I have to be in the mood. He's very intelligent with the Bible and my own church is on there. Alpha and omega has some good pastors on but they get off topic. My own church does well but they're wrong sometimes on certain things.

So I prefer reading the Bible on my own and not letting outside influence my reading.

Sage advice, thanks for posting. Another aspect (& one that I’m having difficulty finding) is the music. Does it resonate with you? May not be a deal-breaker for some, but it is very important to me.

Music is important!! WORDS of the song even more important!! The idea is to lift a person up as they are worshipping our Lord Jesus. For me music before the service, then after. NOT DURING!! Holy Spirit is moving, and I do not think he needs music to move among the people. lol

Before service about 2 hours, we have 8-10 people pray for the service, these are what we call prayer warriors! We have seen the Lord move greatly!! (Mark 16:20!!!!) I boast not in myself, but this I can assure you of the Lord moves every time!!! This promise I hold as close to me as my wallet!!! I am so very thankful!!! (1 Thess 5:18!!!) Blessing my friend!

I primarily grew up watching two preachers: Kenneth Copeland and Jesse Duplantis. Now, I'm just making this clear - I do not hate either one of them. They both obviously loved God tremendously, and wishing them any ill will is not in my heart.

Having said that, I've become pretty detached emotionally from them, over the past few years (not entirely sure why). I still have some videos of them on my computer (mostly Jesse). I haven't watched them in a while, but I'm scared to delete those videos because I'm under the impression that it would somehow mean I'm either loving God less, or even sinning somehow. So for the moment, I'm not really sure what to do.

Precious friend, not to worry, there is no sin in letting go of all the past (especially forgiving all of the wrongs that were done to us) - it is a
Very Good Thing. If I may humbly suggest to you:

One can then simply start all over, and simply "stay With Scripture." This is
the Best 'lesson' I learned with when first newly-born as a "babe In Christ."

When I was attending a church, I would take my note pad with my Bible, and
write down the verses I heard, and study them prayerfully And Carefully with
my Bible, in order to learn and know whether the man's interpretation/
explanation of it was true. This is rule # 4 of Bible study Rules!

Be noble students :

that they received The Word with all readiness of mind, and​
searched The Scriptures daily, Whether Those Things Were So!”​

You and I will have to respectfully disagree about Mr. Copeland. I know he can sometimes get pretty bold, and has gotten some flack for it over the years, but that doesn't invalidate his faith. Jesus wasn't "lovey-dovey" all the time, either - He drew very clear lines in the sand. As followers of Christ, why are we so often afraid to do the same?

People across the board (Christian or not) love to preach about "tolerance", when what they really want is endorsement. But to show real love sometimes requires drawing boundaries, and even we as believers can't always be friends with everyone.

As for Mr. Duplantis, he's a former rock musician from Louisiana, who accepted Jesus into his life in 1974, and entered full-time Christian ministry in 1982. You can find out more information about him, at http://www.jdm.org

Copeleand's boldness (however or whatever you consider that to be) is not the issue. Is it odd you jump
right away to saying if we disagree about this false teacher, Christians lack boldness? I find it so.
I also find this guy you revere to be a weirdo creep. That's my bold statement on him.

You're free to your view, of course; I'm not debating that at all. I'll also admit my mistake, in assuming your opposition to Mr. Copeland regarded his ministry style (that seems to be many people's problem with him). I never said that Christians shouldn't be bold - in fact, I'm all for it. But the world at large generally expects believers to be soft, protecting their arbitrary "feelings"...and when we're not, they turn against us like we're demons from hell.

But anyway, back to the main point: what exactly do you see in Mr. Copeland, that makes you believe he is "false"? I'm not trying to bait you, or start a pointless argument - I honestly want to know.

I was never a KC fan. When I was a younger Christian I enjoyed Duplantis, but as I grew in my faith and knowledge of the bible I rejected him as well.
Both are Word of Faith teachers, false teachers. The very first time I encountered this kind of teaching in person something didn't sit right with me. And once someone explained to me what exactly these teachings are, it only solidified my doubts about it.

Also, being afraid to delete preachers videos having anything to do with your relationship with God? Sounds more like superstition than biblical teaching. WoF teaching can often breed paranoia and fear, such as you're experiencing.
