Its like 4 am here and I'm eating cottage cheese with avocados, crackers, and a whole lotta pepper mixed in! It is sooooo good!

I just had a buffalo chicken wrap with onion rings. Good stuff.

Fruit smoothie :) with spinach, orange and pineapple juice, pineapple, apple, mango. Muy delicious.

salad - romaine lettuce, radishes, celery, carrots, bacon, last night's chicken........yummy!!! ;)

"Pigs in the blanket" (not from pork, but beef wrapped in cabbage leaves), we call it in Russian - "Голубцы" (Galuptsi'), but I believe Polish people call them "Gwumpki". Very tasty! :-)

chocolate coated biscuits....:S its really yummy! and cold drinks

Tonight I had cauliflower with bechamel sauce and nutmeg, chicken filet and boiled potatoes. For dessert vanilla pudding with strawberry sauce. After that I enjoyed a latte macchiato with some nougat on the side. Now I'm enjoying my green tea and lemon.

Tonight we had: homemade Sicilian meat sauce with pasta. sauce had: basil, garlic, onion, sugar, oregano, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, pepper, fennel, ground chicken, fresh thyme leaves chopped, salt, Portobello mushroom, and a little oil. It was out of this world. I could make homemade Italian sauce with my hands tied behind my back and blindfolded; no exaggeration. lol :P
My sauce is never made the same twice in a row; it's always slightly different. one time I made meatballs with lots of garlic and onion cooked in and some spices and cooked them in oil, then put them in the sauce. I think I'm going to make Beef Bourgogne this week next and my grandmother's Spanish tortilla one time also. I love cooking for my family. :D

Wow! my favorite dish. I found that if you fill the cabbage leaves with a mixture made with brown rice that has been toasted first in a little Olive Oil then cooked, herbs, and hamburger, then simmer the stuffed cabbage in tomato sauce, it is just tops. When the hamburger and rice is browned first it adds that special something. We always called it Galuptsi.
