Well, I don't have the image but I had a bowl of just plain ol’ Cheerios with lactaid whole milk.

This morning, it was a cinnamon raisin English muffin topped with natural peanut butter on a Disney Hercules movie plate, The Muses theme, and a red solo cup filled with Lactaid Whole Milk, drank through a plastic straw filled with chocolate flavored edible beads.
Probably not the best options but it is what it is.

My breakfast this morning: tin of smoked rainbow trout, a bosc organic pear, and Hill Bros Dark Satin dark roast black coffee...
A very interesting combo. ive never had trout before, nor do I prefer pares, nor can I have caffeinated coffee. How would you describe the trout?
It has a mild flavor. Not very fishy. Light, smooth, clean taste. It being smoked is very pleasant also. Eastside palate lol.
This is Valentine's Eve, so homemade red velvet waffles and cream cheese glaze was enjoyed this morning...

Next year (together hopefully) maybe we’ll do red velvet waffles stuffed with the glaze (if that is possible) and pour maple syrup with melted butter on top.lol

Looking forward to our dinner date tonight
I’m excited to cook a ribeye. It’s been too long.
Next year (together hopefully) maybe we’ll do red velvet waffles stuffed with the glaze (if that is possible) and pour maple syrup with melted butter on top.
