Why? Why? Why?
Everyday it looks more and more like the pandemic was a bioweapon, no big surprise really, and that the vaccine is also designed to wipe out the population? Why would anyone do this?
Well we also know that China and Russia have teamed up in BRICS to replace the US dollar as the reserve currency. That is why countries would fight. You fight for the prize and having the world's reserve currency is the prize.
Now what the pandemic was damaged the US economy, it damaged China's economy, but it was crushing to developed world's economy and trade. China was highly leveraged with their belt and road initiative, so this has made all that debt go from good to bad in the matter of a couple of years. As a result China is on the verge of bankruptcy. Now that might seem funny except for the fact that Russia and China are both nuclear superpowers who are backed into a corner and must fight or die. Now that will probably help many, many people confess their sins, repent and turn to God when they see the mushroom clouds.
What is even more interesting is to see the response. Trump wanted to immediately blame China, Russia has sought to get the evidence from Ukraine that it was the US, and Fauci wanted to make sure that we didn't shut down air travel allowing the pandemic to spread to both Europe and the US.

The Magog invasion of Ezekiel 38 is undoubtedly a nuclear exchange. As to when this will take place? Well.....when the facts align with Biblical prophecy is a safe bet.
BTW....Psalm 83:1-5 is yet another confrontation, probably more immediate. And probably a PRELUDE to Ezekiel 38-39.
We may be a decade to two from all of this. But really, Ps 83 could happen tomorrow.
IMO Ezekiel 38-39 precedes the Rev 6 revealing of the man of lawlessness and the 70th week of Daniel tribulation.
20 And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.
21 Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto. 22 For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.
Most teach that this was fulfilled in AD 70. But that is strange. On the one hand it flows perfectly as the Lord is telling the apostles what is about to befall them, but on the other hand AD 70, the destruction of the Temple, was the beginning of the church age, the age of grace, not "the days of vengeance". Even if you want to apply this solely to the Jews it doesn't make sense. Jesus crucifixion was after 69 weeks, at that point the Jews were put on hold until the 70th week begins. There is a perfect symmetry here which is why this is confusing. The age of grace began with Jerusalem surrounded by an army and it will end with Jerusalem surrounded by an army. At the beginning of this age the Lord had taken his protection away from Jerusalem and they were destroyed. At the end of the age, once the church is raptured, the times of the Gentiles will be over and once again the Lord will turn His attention to Israel and rescue them from certain destruction. That is the Ezekiel 38 war.

Jesus' ministry proclaims the jubilee. The day of vengeance takes place after the age of grace.
