The Love of Son going to that cross to take away sin first, for us all to be reconciled in as forgiven, does the changing. Trying to do the Law does not do that. Trying to do the Law, upsets, frustrates, impregnates thoughts of evil appearing as good and are not good at all. and the thoughts of to self and others as well, becomes, stealing, killing and destroying people in general (people not seeing that happening) in thought they got to or else attitudes of the flesh nature from religion doing that to people. Jesus came to earth in the only perfect flesh ever to reconcile us first in his death as reconciled, forgiven, then gives the new life unto those that will not quit belief to see it, even if sin still, God remains faithful, we the people do not! These that believe God in sin as taken away for them too, will learn to let go of sin too, taking no credit to self in leaving sin behind them by God for them in risen Son to them
How many times, have you thought you got it and then saw you do not yet as thought you did? That is like being on a Teeter-Totter, up one day, down the next day. If you on a Teeter-Totter, you might want to ask God what to do, not self or anyone else in religion or anyone else you might admire
God wants to tell you truth personally, "God just loves you"
Then the new will begin in and through you, and that can take a long time to see through it all. Yet it takes working on one thing at a time, not a few or all at once.
to work on more than one thing at a time brings on confusion and then depression and then worry and anger and arguing over things

For Jesus followers to reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of Him and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. I saw, I had some problems in me
they were troubles, over others that had done me wrong and others that I loved as well, that had been done wrong also. We became a click of people better than other people.

I heard love all, and I saw "I" couldn't, I need God's take over process to teach me new, in love to all, regardless what another person has ever done to me or not and anyone else.
I see, that is what God did once for everyone in willingly going to that cross for us all to reconcile us all first as forgiven 100% from God.
That is what got done, when Jesus yelled it is finished, he completed the work needed
Then gave up his Ghost,
Physically dead for three days, preaching to the Spirits in Prison, (Hebrews 11) Then these in belief were risen as you have pointed out in Matthew 27
Christ won for us Brother in love and mercy to us to be thankful for it and not have to be under Law anymore. Yet, Religion preaches we do have to be, even though it is done for us to be new in love to all the same as is done by Son for all

Love to all is the call, it is by trust to Father one stands in love e to all, since god did that by Son once for us all at least me, thanks as we each grow in this amazing grace gift

I lost the angst I had besetting me that was in me. God poured out God's grace and smothered it out. I do not know how else to state this amazing grace, it just is what it is

Love all permeates, through the new born again children of God. It is a learning new process that is a gift from God, who does not give up on anyone ever at least me I see after years of sin, that continued even after belief to see. I hated sin, hate sin and yet as in Romans 7, I continued in Sin. as Paul talks of and separates flesh and Spirit there for us to see it is not us doing the sin, it is the sin that dwells in the unredeemed flesh, that can not ever please Father ever Romans 8:1-3
I cannot claim that I will never sin again. I can trust God to take that out of the way and see new in God's Spirit and Truth only reckoning self dead to sin as in Romans 6 tells me of the transformation that God imputes in his children to see and be moved away from pride and guilt any longer the the Law puts people in
