I just got over a cold by doubling up on Vitamin C supplements. It's even better if you can buy organic.
 
Check out liposomal vitamin C. I will be taking some for cancer treatment. Don't go over 2000 mg cause that can cause diarrhea. Seen a lot of good stuff by taking higher doses of Vit C

I think the previous posts were deleted because I told a story about how I helped a client years ago who was in a drug stupor using a formula consisting of certain vitamins and amino acids.
Someone obviously took exception to that.
You'd think knowledge, especially knowledge that may save lives would be welcome...
The United States in 2016. Gotta be Pol. correct all the time, even here...
Now I know why God said my people perish because of lack of knowledge.
 
Here is my post from last night...

"Years ago a client who I was helping had a drug problem. He was wealthy, and known in the community, although most did not know of his drug issues. So one night his wife calls me and says her husband is in a stupor, and fading fast. I had known the family for years. I urged her to hang up and call an ambulance. She steadfastly refused. She could not stand the thought of having him found out. Crazy, but true. Anyway, with time being a crucial factor, I rushed over to their house, and mixed Ascorbic Vit C, DMG, and L-Glutamine and made him drink large amounts for about 15 minutes. He came out of it and was okay. Thank God."

No one notified me it was inappropriate. And I don't believe it is, although it is easy to guess why someone might say it may be.
I think the benefit of having the info out there would negate the negatives. In no way am I suggesting drug use is okay, nor am I saying or implying that anyone in a similar type of situation should forego emergency medical attention. Just the opposite, read my story. Call the ambulance asap.
The bible is a example of people not white washing their sins, so this is somehow not permissible?
I have been told that the formula made its way around in NYC (not from me) and it has saved more then a few people.
At the least I should have been notified, if this is why all the posts were deleted.
I suspect someone here who has publically taken issue with me on his site may be behind this, maybe...if so, give it a break (not a) lady.

Actually, this OP has a dupe thread in the recipes forum. Check there and see if your posts are on that one. :)
 
It is there. But why make most of this thread disappear? This was/is a viable thread on Vit C. Only my post had a 'recipe". And it is really more akin to a formula. Why delete all the other posts??

Drinking orange juice is a good source of Vitamin C. Some people like my dad can't swallow the vitamin pills so they should drink orange juice.
