I have been taking this daily with my family. We have noticed a huge difference with my son and his constipation. The taste isn't all that great but we are starting to make a smoothy out of it and this helps. If you are interested in getting all your daily essentials I would recommend this product.

that sounds terribly expensive

why not use coco oil for constipation instead - far cheaper, very effective, and multi purpose

We didn't buy it for his constipation. This was just a result from taking the product. Di you read what this offers as far as nutrients?
 
This product is not really the way to go for getting vital nutrients, WFC .
While I don't see it being harmful, I don't think it is worth the money, and it is not doing as much good as you may think.

I read what it purports to do but am not convinced it is as salutary as claimed. People who create these supplements claim their products are like manna fallen from Heaven. Please proceed with caution.
 
You know I basically just gave some info on a product if you don't want to use it don't use it I could really care less. I like it and believe me I do my homework before I try something. I think people just chime in on things just so they can be heard.

I'm glad you like the product and it's working for you but depending on your son's age please be cautious. Some of these miracle "shakes" weight loss/ protein building etc aren't very well regulated and have trace amounts of drugs like ephedra, ginseng etc that can mess up humans especially children....even though it is certified GMP good manufacturing processes I would still limit the amount I give to a young person. :)
