My husband who would not notice if I moved a sofa noticed it.. least suspecting saw the odd thing passing... so don't mind if I ask my friends here for insight...

there was a spot of red light at the bottom of the moon; i assume it was something like a 'sunset' refraction effect as the light bent around the edge, in conjunction with a particular part of the corona and some part of the lunar geography

this picture was taken just before the end of totality - see how there is red light starting to show on the right edge, as the moon moves toward the left?

and another bright red spot in the bottom-right. the tv feed ((i didn't watch tv - this picture, my wife just took today)) should have showed that same red spot of light, which shifted position as the alignment of all three bodies shifted.
this photograph doesn't do justice to just how red & bright the little spot of light was - which illustrates how different image sensors and color processing give different results. this was taken with an ordinary telephoto & DSLR.
on tv, a video feed probably had software adjusting color and light in real-time, which could cause colors and areas of color to shift while the camera's parameters auto-corrected. i did see the edge effects of the even move, but in a way consistent with the moon moving ((from my perspective)) left to right across the sun.

It was the BBC live coverage that did not acknowledge it .... then an American man on another network said the conditions have to be perfect to see it.. they acknowledged it..

We enjoyed watching the event... some apparently spent lots of money but the rain ruined it...


The animals react to the eclipse different to we humans..

I was letting you know that no planet ever passes between the Earth and the Moon. It is a fact you are now aware of.

here is a photograph taken yesterday with a big red arrow pointing at one such "solar prominence"

these are huge ribbons of flame twisting up from the surface of the sun along magnetic field lines. they move dynamically.

I went to to the BBC video.. and now they cut live feed and show the eclipse from space during what we saw.. then go back to live feed.. actually we had 4 witnesses here that night...

i will I'll try and see if anyone caught it and sharing... tbh.. If my other half had not seen it I would of rubbed my eyes and not said anything... he really is a skeptic... which means little to those who know him not..

I know the American network acknowledged it and gave an explanation.. but we had it on feed and not record..

Obviously it is not an issue that keeps me awake but like to chat and see if others saw and wish to discuss...

But I will see if any other person is sharing and post here...

here comes the men men in black.. hehe....

a dot of light in a live feed could have all kinds of rational explanations. maybe an airplane flew by. maybe there was static in one of the camera cables. maybe it was the reflection of a taillight on the lens.

i'm more interested in whether anyone in America had a Foucault pendulum being closely monitored. some experiments have reported weird aberrations in their movement while in the path of a total eclipse, and other experiments, trying to reproduce & hopefully to study those results, have shown nothing unexpected at all. the opportunity to test the claim of the people who said their pendulums went wonky doesn't come around very often, so the jury is still kind of out on whether this happened at all or if it did, why?

If the sun was not darkened during that time of the eclipse madras would the phantom planet we saw I use phantom because no one else is reporting the same thing as yet that I can find.. so I considered we had not eaten magic mushrooms by mistake... hehe..

Hypothetically... if what we claim to of witnessed occurred.. when the sun was not blocked then it would of been more visible by the sunlight at that moment.

It was my error not to of recorded.. but to be fair if I had uploaded most could counter that it was altered...

You can call me crazy and whatever else but if anyone saw anything like what I describe please share and worry not about any mocking.. I once thought the Planet X believers were crazy.. what goes around comes around eh .. hehe....
 
Those words were my exact words... yet now what he saw is missing and he does not elaborate... I will keep seeking.. someone has the footage I want to share with you... if you don't hear from me.. don't come looking... hehe..

If something did pass by it would probably be the space station
 
I actually like how the News man in the studio states "he don't think".. was he hushed up in his ear piece? From his moment of "what's that". The video seems off with the narrative.. but He saw it... it would only be at that moment because I think once it passed it carried on orbiting its path.

So far it is the only piece that gives a hinkling to my experience.. and my words were the exact same as his.. All footage even the BBC now does not contain what it broadcast live that day.

Like you I'm more intrigued now they removed the clip rather than offer explanation which on an American network they did as it showed up..

But I have always been a sleuth wannabe I blame jb fletcher.. hehe

i would think most have no interest and did not think too much about it...

if a stray planet is orbiting surely it won't be long before peek a boo ceases and a firm here I am happens..

I actually understand the mass hysteria such thing would cause so can see why a cover up is happening if it be true of course.. my 2 +2 = 4 could be off...

I think my communique is best placed here in the tin foil section...
