LoL, he's a guard dog wannabe...
His bark is worse than his bite... The neighborhood squirrels and cats are afraid of him, but all the neighborhood kids come and go and he sleeps right thru it... I have to fire him from his guard duties about once a month... lol
He's mostly just a big cuddly bear who thinks that I am his giant play toy...
Nice that Rollo is the friendly type, well we love our pets don't we. I have 2 Doxies I adore but too bad they don't scare the squirrels away, lol.
You need to return them, they're defective. Dachshunds were bred to hunt badgers which are a whole lot bigger (and more vicious) than a squirrel.

Me too, and it was my day off. I have today off and it has been OK so far. Back to work tomorrow.
