So it looks like those who apose the bondage of the will in mankind stems from a Roman Catholic called harass-moss
After watching this I am no longer a Sproul fan. I can see clearly now that he is a hard-core Calvinist

No What's hiporcritucal here is you excusing yourself for your reason of talking about tulip everyday, and using my reason that after 3 months here everyday listening to you talking about a tulip. No, the best I come up with is the systematic study of the DOE on the Resolving Problematic Interpretations of Scripture thread. As I explain there, because the most divisive doctrine that causes the most argumentation on CC seems to be TULIP, that topic will be considered in a way that does not duplicate other threads by politely presenting Scripture interpreted holistically, dialectically or in context.
And it is rich that you have begun several threads about tulip featuring a tulipist (Sproul) including this one,
yet complain about my concern. The word for that behavior is "hypocrisy".
It's upto you, but may I may remind you to make such a decision in a moment may not be wise, since you could of miss understood what he was saying,After watching this I am no longer a Sproul fan. I can see clearly now that he is a hard-core Calvinist
he gives more thanks to Saint Augustine hardly ever talks about John calvin in his sermons, sorry your wrong. On the bases of we all know what is meant by the expression of hard core calvinist, and it's never a nice appreciation by skepticsAfter watching this I am no longer a Sproul fan. I can see clearly now that he is a hard-core Calvinist
then you've clearly miss understood are you a Catholic may I ask ?At one point Sproul made a very revealing remark. He made a distinction between striving for a holy life (Erasmus) vs not doing so and instead giving glory to God (Luther). Erasmus said that Luther's ideas would open up a flood gate of iniquity, and Luther wrote "So be it" because such gave all of the glory to God.

your leading from your premise there not Augustine's.IMO this is the essence of gnosticism, ie, focusing on spiritual things without regard to behavior. In other words, sinful behavior doesn't matter because the only thing that matters is giving glory to God

Augustine's premise was to defend the true character of God against harras-moss interpretation of the character of God and his true word.
being a people pleaser isn't wise, and favoring the majority in scepticism isn't wise either, since his word says all are called few are chosen, this also implies that all can be skeptics.@HeIsHere I repent of RC Sproul
don't see how glorifying God does not please him sorryThe preeminent characteristic of God is righteousness. He's not impressed with or interested in people who glorify him, but don't do what he says, which is live righteously. Such is taking the lord's name in vain, ie, calling him lord, but not doing what he says. Hypocritical faith.

that's probably another Catholic critique. As you know Augustine was part of the Manichean cult before his conversion, unfortunately he did not divest himself of their ideas completely.
ooohhh I knew it wouldn't be long before you revelled in it.As I stated he has a very engaging voice and manner of speaking, no doubt.
I read a comment once on Twitter that as long as they are NOT expounding on TULIP/Westminister Confession/Canons of Dort they do have insight in other areas. There is some truth to that, Dr. Martin Lloyd Jones being a prime example as well.
When I realized there are many who are part of the TULIP Brigade (Begg, Sproul, Lloyd-Martin) and TULIP is the foundation of all their other doctrines I just thought best to stay clear.
Including their websites like "God Questions" CARM, Ligonier's etc.,
I knew you would see the light eventually, lol![]()

just recently eh, and your so quick to make the allegations known like you did in another thread.I learned just recently that he is largely responsible for spreading the idea of "regeneration preceding faith," regeneration being a type of activation that a person has no awareness of at the time.
there a saying that when a persons eyes have been opened they can go one of two ways. This video has been a real eye-opener for me about Sproul.
I didn't realize Luther was as bad as Calvin. The controversy between Erasmus and Luther really brings into sharp focus the root of why the protestant church is in the powerless state it's in. Give glory to God without regard to behavior
