There’s a big difference in what the actually verses state…
From the foundation of the world, not before. Calvinists always get this wrong.
From meaning, from that point in time going forward.
No...Even "dastardly" Calvinists share Paul's zeal for evangelism. And we are very encouraged to and eager to evangelize because all he pressure OFF us! Ultimately, God gives the increase as he determines to what the planter sowed and another watered.

Who are you evangelizing if God has already chosen who goes where? I didn't use any name for Calvinists so you can stop that. I have close friends that I fellowship with that believe parts of TULIP and we love each other like family. So don't put words in my mouth I did not say please. I have fellow-shipped in just about every denomination you can name, and found brothers and sisters there.

When you claim the reference to vessels made for destruction refers to nations you fail to realize nations are populated by people.

When you read John 1:12-13, who does the apostle say is responsible for someone believing on His name?

I think what is getting overlooked in this discussion is and according to scripture that people are born with a human nature that separates them from God and makes them unable to understand the things of God.
As Paul taught us. Unless the Holy Spirit interceded, fallen man will remain unable to understand the things of God because they are foolishness to him.
Man remains in that state unless the Holy Spirit intercedes so that man can understand the things of God.
Let us couple with that what Jesus told His Disciples. No one can come to Him unless the Father leads them.
Natural minds cannot understand the things of God.
Unless God changes that through His intercession.
This is why God tells us through Paul's writings that we do not Save ourselves so that we might boast of that. No.
We are irrevocably Saved through Faith by God's grace. Not of ourselves. Because remember our self is that natural man,woman,unable to understand the things of God.
God is Sovereign and has Dominion over His creation.
Here's why the idea God saves everyone if they choose Him are missing the point.
Everyone is born with their human nature that,as He told us, makes him unable to understand the things of God. Which means unless God intercedes by His grace natural man dies in their worldly Sin nature.
Isaiah 45:7-9
We can't believe in God if we refuse to accept He is whom He says He is.
If God intended Salvation for all people He wouldn't have put conditions on how Salvation is accomplished.
No one can come to me unless the Father leads them.
The only way they follow His leading is if he first lifts their innate inability to understand those things of God. The Gospel.
Grace Saves.

The Lamb being Jesus. Slain from the foundation of the world...where Sin had not yet entered.
