CCP has a banking and commercial paper problem that makes the investment banking issue in the USA a hiccup by comparison.

Ukraine has issued a general mobilization order for all men between 16 and 60 with no exception for medical hardship.
This is the final call up.
These are unfit, untrained and unmotivated "soldiers", literally cannon fodder.
They are being called up, because all of Ukraine's trained and motivated soldiers are long dead or disabled.
These reluctant warriors will die by the thousands and then that's it.
