42 He is never to take wine or other fermented drink, and he will be filled with the Holy Spirit even from birth.
Luke 1
John the Baptist was "saved" from birth, because he had the Holy Spirit and served a specific ministry.
The sin nature is no more than a heart without communion with God. It will always go towards selfishness,
hardness and sin.

Sin at its core is rebellion against God and His ways, and its root is a lost heart without communion to Him.
Paul describes innocence of his position and rebellion.
13 Even though I was once a blasphemer and a persecutor and a violent man,

This suggests if one has knowledge of God, and is not ignorant of Him, and one still rebels this will not
be forgiven.
