All of those rules get suspended in times of war, if we have WW3 all bets are off. They changed the rules after FDR and they can change them again.

You responded with something that was completely irrelevant. You said Trump is going to serve a third term and I said no he cannot as he Constitution does not allow for this.
Do you have a reply that's relevant to the conversation?

He makes a valid point, at present it is illegal for a president to be elected three times. Perhaps the Democrats could use that to impeach him again.
