They used Public school to achieve this. They put boys and girls together in High school even though the rest of the world separates them. They eliminate school uniforms so that girls are not clearly identified as being in HS even though the rest of the world makes sure the girls wear uniforms. They distribute condoms in school and push all kinds of doctrine that promotes fornication. Then the welfare system is set up to reward unwed mothers while punishing those that are married. They know that single parent families are almost always going to be in poverty and therefore easy to control and be submissive.
