Islam is not like Christianity, even Bill Mahar understands the difference. You are either with Islam or you're the infidel, the enemy. And that doesn't matter if you're Muslim or not. When they take over a country, you fall in line like a good Muslim, or you're enslaved like the infidel. They don't care. They're taking over the world, you are simply in the way.

Yeah, go practice Christianity in Saudi Arabia.
They are very friendly.
These folks leaving New York don't seem to be very interested in moving to Missouri. I see very few New York license plates where I live in Missouri but I saw a ton of them while vacationing in Florida. You've got that right. I think Europe is looking at NY the way Rita is...View attachment 281586

No different than Anthony Bennett or Kwame Brown being a first round pick. Saying his victory is "monumental" would be like giving the nobel peace prize to a guy simply because he was elected president.Mamdani's win is monumental. He will need extra security for obvious reasons.

Have you gotten the final percentage of votes for Mamdani? I would like to know if you are getting that winner emoji by the skin of your teeth or not?Oh don't be such a sore loser, it is monumental genuinely. For the more banal leftwingers they look at it in the shallow lens of identity politics, but if you take a deeper look past the superficial stuff, a more spiritual lens, it is still monumental all things considered. The first thrust of the tip of a spear of a new movement inside the left and you gotta give it to them they made a big mark. Also though you have to expect them to throw out some jabs at Trump they are actually learning to not rely on that crap so much, Mamdani showed it in the debates and campaign focusing more on building his own platform, just frankly owning up to who he really is and what he really believes, and really just trash the old guard of the democrats like Cuomo.
1. Have an actual platform instead of just always griping about the opposition. Even if other ppeople think it's crazy having a platform, having goals is more compelling than being the opposition party. The younger generations aren't so easily fooled by optics or purely oppositional politics like the Boomers are, the young generation gets more energized if you actually have a plan be it MAGA, be it socialism, be it whatever really. They want to hear that their leaders have a vision and have a plan besides just endlessly opposing the other guy. The People understand maybe not all parts of the platform will come true, but the mentality is at least they are trying and so at least they will get somethings, this applies to Trump as much as the democrats too and is a big reason why MAGA became a strong movement just like now the far left movement has the potential of becoming.
2. Be honest and stand on your ground, if you're a muslim openly declare you're a muslim, if you're a socialist openly declare you're a socialist, don't try to hide it, the new generations hate prevaricators and pretenders and posers. Pick your side and stand on your ground. One notices Cuomo attempted typical secularrist equivocations and vagueries and this lost it for him even beyond his already pretty bad record. This is where when Mamdani called him out for not being able to name a single mosque it destroyed Cuomo because Cuomo try to play the game of oh he's so not racist and tolerant and a secularist and open to everybody, but like a lie and he was just pandering and can't even name a single mosque and everyone knows it and Mamdani absolutely destroyed him on that basis.
3. The path to power for the democrats isn't in endlessly insulting conservatives or Trump, rather that's the path to loss. The path to power is to overthrow the weak atheistized and secularized old guard of the democrats actually. Though one expects them to jab at Trump now and then, let's just face reality, Trump can't be dislodged and he retains wide popularity beyond just his ideological base so really you're at best just wasting your time on him. However a lot of these old and moldy democrats could be easily and swiftly taken out of the way and the young savvy new generation could very easily just take power with immense popular support by overthrowing them and then you will have a major political party and real power to enact thigns the way you see fit.
ok Chicken Little

I just saw that with 98% of the vote counted he has 50.3% so I'm gonna conclude the answer is yes. Even if it were to dip below 50% it will average out to 50% and they are not gonna want the headache, so I doubt they'll ever tell us it is technically below 50%. So I'm giving you your award.I have been checking but they haven't updated it since last night. I might consider making a Conspiracy Theory that the System is trying to deny me my award emoji lol.
