Trump is taking exactly the same steps that every other corrupt President/Prime Minister is taking. So to think that he is going to save America, is pure delusion.

If he had American's best interests in mind, he would come out and say: "No matter what happens, we will respect the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights." He is not going to do that, and is all for having a martial law style lockdown.

Trump's job is to pacify the people into not taking action. This is very important in America, because the people have guns. They don't want everyone to rise up and fight back, or they know they will lose power over America quite quickly.

I've heard many people including my parents say "God sent Trump to save America".

That does not make him a savior but just a means to ensure that America remains strong and is able to stand against tyranny. The reason Trump is literally hated by the Left, the Swamp, and the Deep State is exactly because he is doing what is right for his country, and putting it first. At the same time, he has made a lot of avoidable mistakes, particularly in the matter of selecting his officials very carefully, and ensuring that they are not traitors.

I think Trump has handled the coronavirus outbreak well for what he can do about it. It may indeed be an overblown event, but since the virus is new and there is a certain quality of the unknown with it, it is sage to err on the side of caution and take steps to try to slow down or shut down the spread.

As for the stimulus spending, I think it is smart to make up for some of the lost productivity due to the virus and the panic. I have also seen Trump is replenishing our strategic oil reserve also while the prices are low. This I think to be very prudent. As my representative in government he is doing what I want the government to do in its capacity as a government. So I am satisfied with his job performance.

Why is Trump giving tax payers' money to super-rich corporations? Isn't that corporate socialism, or corporate welfare? It didn't take them long to turn into beggars. It is nothing but a corporate cash grab.

Trump will sign most any deal just to try to keep things afloat. For how well the money is spent or misspent look no further than the "bipartisan effort" of your Congressmen that you elected to represent you.

Personally I don't mind them giving some money to corporations, but I would like to see some oversight of that to ensure that they are American corporations making goods Americans need right now and making them in America by employing Americans and not foreigners. This is very important as this pandemic has shown how stupid and evil globalism and multiculturalism is, running out of supplies quick and being at the mercy of the same country, China, which caused this plague is only too much irony to handle.

Israel has been surrounded by enemies for hundred's of years. U.S. returned their land to them in 1948. We Have been the only thing keeping them safe from attacks. Although I do love what they did to the B-52. they modified that machine sweet!!!

Yes, if we can believe what is going on is truth. I assume it to be truth. I am a retired R.N. of 22 years. When I hear "We have a shortage of ventilators" it sends alarm bells off to me. This is the most serious form of life support. If you need a ventilator that bad, then you are seriously ill.

It is also the best way to invoke mass panic and fear. First tell the public they need "X" to be cured of the disease, if they get it,
then tell them we have far less units of "X" for people to survive the disease, if they get it and chances are, "X" won't be available for most people. Then tell them constantly in the news cycle, over and over and over how deadly this virus is and how almost everyone on the face of the earth is going to contract it, and then probably die. I know a cocktail for creating a fear-controlled populace when I see it. The United States has NEVER done this with any other disease, and we have had some nasty ones. Polio. SARS. Legionares disease. West Nile Virus. Avian Bird Flu. Polio was a particularly bad one, but at no point did anyone suggest, or institute just basically turning the country off. There is absolutely no reason for people to be confined to their homes, for large swaths of "non-essential" businesses to be shut down, for people to be forced to wear a mask, even if they have no desire to do so. That is totalitarianism, not concern for health. The CDC has bluntly told all healthcare providers, if in doubt, label the death Corona-related. That's called puffing the numbers. And suddenly, Corona is the only thing killing anyone in this country. To listen to the news, heart disease, cancer, and any other kind of death has taken a holiday. This pandemic was invented by the media, and a Liberal group of elites who have a specific goal to achieve. Impeachment didn't work, so they dreamed up something even better. The timing, and the disease coming out of China, was perfect. And the general public, who seemingly have no collective cognitive reasoning skills, got scared and panicked, like good little sheep.

B. Point to problem A and then tell the populace Trump caused it.

And whatever it is is usually a lie. Right now, it's "Trump didn't do stuff early enough." How early is good enough? He tried to smack a travel ban on people coming into the country from China immediately when the virus was discovered and spreading there. What did the people on the Left do? They completely freaked, just like they do any time anyone mentions enforcing U.S. immigration laws and tried to BLOCK the travel ban. They did that, not Trump, but now they are trying to blame him for what was actually THEIR stupidity. When Trump proposed a stimulus package to fast track aid when it came to health care and money for those put out of work, and the businesses affected, guess what? The Left didn't want to pass it at all, at first, then they wouldn't pass it until it was loaded with pork that did nothing for the victims of the disease. I'm still waiting for someone to tell me how the National Endowments for the Arts, or Amtrak is going to help small business owners who will probably lose their businesses because of this uncalled for lock-down. You are doing exactly what they do. Pointing to Trump and blaming him for things he's not doing. Christians, if confronting an issue and feeling judgment is called for do it judiciously, wisely and make sure they are tagging the right people before they start tossing out accusations. So you are actually saying that Trump knows better then ALL the Dr.s and scientists in this country . Doctors that have cured some of the diseases you were speaking of. We listened to them in the past and they have always came through for us. Why should now be any different. All of the experts have talked about social distancing. And all Trumps people agree... I don't accept the words of "Doctors" and "scientists" that I know are lying to me. It is a known fact that the CDC has said if you don't know for sure, right now, what killed a person, say its Corona. That isn't science, and it isn't good medicine. It's straight up fear-mongering. Do you think a geezer in New York who actually died of heart disease should be lumped in with Covid-19 deaths? Because that's what they are doing. That means actual deaths from Corona are way, way lower than what they are saying. And by the position you take above, you support that kind of lying.

If social distancing was working, we wouldn't be continually hearing that the spread of the disease is getting worse, even though they claim we were over the hump 2 weeks ago. Social distancing doesn't allow for collective immunity to develop, it just prolongs the course of the disease. You want the disease to run through the populace as quickly as possible and go away, not guarantee that it hangs around as long as possible. Social distancing guarantees it will hang around for a good long time. No disease outbreak in America before has ever been handled it this upside down way. So we know that the lock-downs have nothing to do with the disease.
