III. IT COST 5 BILLION DOLLARS AND IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE BUILDING ON THE PLANET.
IV. IT TOOK 6 YEARS TO BUILD.
V. IT IS ON 176 ACRES AND OVER 80% IS DEDICATED TO GREEN SPACE.
