Tonight? I had to make one for myself.
The night in question was 12/09/2019.
The line was Tipi-Tie in the WOG deparment.
Second shift.
I was running the scale, then Supervisor Name removed screams at me. However, this has been going on for a while in a way I feel is in result of retaliation.
I had to go to the doctor over my heart, thus he wrote a note stating I must be able to slow down when, and if dizzy spells occur. However, this supervisor does not follow the orders.
Name Removed wants me to work hard, one day I had to take a FMLA leave of absence due to my heart, the next day I went in she pushed me even harder than before, in which made me feel it was retaliation because I did NOT come in due to being sick, and very dizzy and she did not make close to 800 cases in which I get for when I am there.
I spoke to H.R, and explained how this lady does not care. She comes to me and said she does care. I get to where when she asks me how I am doing, I do not answer because if I tell her I am doing ok today she will push me harder.
She rather run me up unil I am sweaty, to the point of holding onto the line with both hands just to stand up.
One other situation where Name Removed told a team member that it was my fault that the team member got wrote up because I did not do the exorcizes, to as where I am not required to do so because I am not a lead, or a supervisor.
She thinks because I am in the saftey commitee that I should conduct these. However, Supervisor Name Removed who is the saftey supervisor states it must be a lead, or supervisor.
Retaliation happens alot, even when it comes to me.
Before Tipi-Tie was running again for this year of 2019, Name Removed stated for me NOT TO SAY nothing to no one, but she will pay me line lead pay in which she has not done.
I try to talk to her, however it is always fast answers, and she does not listen to a thing anyone says but then gets mad when something happens.
